Do NOT use their service department. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said the cabin filter and engine air filter needed to be changed. When I got the car back there was oil spilled in multiple location on the engine cover and in many places under the car (dripping). The engine air filter cover is now missing a screw and the glove box (where the cabin filter is located) now has a broken slow open mechanism. I contacted them and have not received any response - not even an apology!

Customer Service Lacking
The customer service at this dealership is horrible. The pick up truck was troublesome from the word go and they came up with every excuse in the book for the ongoing vibration, the broken header bolts, and now the failure of the engine. And the fact that they are going to repair the engine instead of replacing it which would’ve been more cost-effective. This pick up was my office and I have been without it for two months. In order to keep working I had to go out and buy another truck as they could not provide a loaner. Now I have to make two payments while they tie up my truck all this time and do repairs instead of replacing the failed engine.I feel they should cover the payment on the vehicle while they have it at the very least.

Lakeshore Excellent Service
Service at Lakeshore was excellent, I dealt with Frank he kept me very informed. My car wasn't ready when I needed to go on vacation and they gave me a courtesy car so I would be able to take my trip. The estimate was lower than expected!!
