By far the most infuriating, unprofessional experience I?

By far the most infuriating, unprofessional experience I?ve ever had with a dealership. Everything seemed fine, until I walked out to my truck. The moment I opened the door, it was obvious the tech who did my oil change had zero respect for customers? property. I?m meticulous about my vehicle, and I keep towels down as floor mats. This guy? Kicked them aside like trash, tracked his dirty boots all over my door jamb, and smeared his greasy elbow across my armrest. I went straight back in and showed the service advisor, who agreed it was completely unacceptable and even took a picture. At least someone there had a shred of common sense. But it gets worse. Ten minutes later, I got home, stepped out of my truck, and immediately saw a fresh 3-4? scratch on the bed. Furious, I called the dealership and got the service manager on the line. I sent him photos, and he promised to call me the next day. That turned into me chasing him down with multiple texts before he finally responded - just to say he didn?t think his tech caused the damage. I assured him it happened at their shop. I even checked my cameras before I left for the dealership, my truck was pristine. His response? Their dealership cameras are ?poor quality,? so they ?can?t check? to see what happened. How convenient. They are doing everything they can to dodge responsibility for the damage they caused. This isn?t over. This will be litigated.

The sales rep, Corey was great to work with my truck was

The sales rep, Corey was great to work with my truck was in for a repair with parts back ordered for months not the dealerships fault but Chevrolet?s fault they disappointed me however I looked at the new trucks and bought one. I love it. The dealership has been very good to me.

2020Buick Enclave

exciting,friendly and fast.went in at 10am test drove the enclave we wanted,processed loan app. went home at 1pm for lunch,received a call at 3;30pm the vehicle was ready,by 6pm we were driving the new vehicle home.Awesome experience.would recomend to anyone looking for new or used vehicle.

Oil change/ maintenance check

The entire staff in the building always greets us by first name and knows our vehicle!!! Very impressive!! It is a family oriented place. Caring personal. That what we like. Never ever disappointed!!! Thank you!!!

Good process

An above average buying experience, friendly, low pressure and honest. Minimal negotiation required. Mike, the sales person was open and friendly. Dealership made sure my concerns were addressed prior to completing the transaction.

Excellent car buying experience

Called about a used Kia Sedona they had for sale. Was told it was still there so drove from Syracuse to see it. By the time we got there, it started to snow really hard. They had the van out, warmed up and ready to test drive. Decided to go back the next day instead. Joel our salesman made the process super easy and was very personable and not pushy at all. Everyone at the dealer we came in contact with through the process were super nice and made it a great experience. I had an issue come up a couple days being home with my van and called to let them know. They got it right in and gave us a loaner til they get the part. Again ,Joel was great reaching out to see if everything was taken care of and all was good. Would definitely buy from this dealer again.

Great dealership!!

Reymore Chevrolet is a great dealership, they got me in to a super nice 2018 Chevy equinox that is like new, Joel the salesman was awesome, if your looking for a new or used car I highly recommend this dealership.
