I saw a Chrysler Crossfire on Cars.Com that caught my attention. This dealership was very prompt in calling me back on a Sunday morning. We agreed to the price and I purchased this car sight unseen. Needless to say I was a little apprehensive as I have never done this before. While driving from my home in Ohio 247 miles oneway I stewed the whole way that I may have made a mistake. Boy was I wrong. The car was better than I expected and looked brand new. Just like the dealership said it was. The sales manager, Rick Mihalic was a great guy to work with and I would definately not have a problem dealing with this dealership again. Great people, very honest, and easy to work with.

I was very pleased with the cars presented. They looked clean and newer and were competitively priced. I had excellent service from a knowledgeable representative. It was a surprise and pleasure to have the plate, etc. taken care of there. It saved me a lot of time. I was given options for buying bumper to bumper coverage but was not pressured. I was even called after the purchase to contract at a much lower interest rate. I felt I was treated well and my needs were considered. This is the second car I have purchased at Clio and I plan to return.

I think I got a great deal on a used van by just driving a few miles north of my home to Clio Chrysler. I purchased the lowest mileage, best condition van at a great low price. I saved about 7,500 over buying a new one, even with an employee discount.

We have both leased and purchased new vehicles from Clio Chrysler, so it was an easy choice to look there for our used vehicle purchase. We found two on their website that we were interested in, but ended up buying a completely different vehicle because the deal was so good. We have been very happy with our decision. Our saleswoman, Lisa, was top-notch! She was friendly, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and even willing to watch the kids while we took care of paperwork. We have always been treated like valued customers, with service that goes above and beyond our expectations. Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision and doing business with Clio Chrysler makes it much easier.
