Bad experience with service and repair

I bought a vehicle from Ed Koehn last year and I had a problem with it right from the beginning. I brought my vehicle in several times and unfortunately it would not act up for them. I did a couple of ride alongs w/ service technicians and one of them suggested that the problem could be a spark plug

Overall Experience

The people at Ed Koehn were very friendly and accomodating. They took us through every step of the buying process and made everyone feel comfortable while we were there..

Great salesman

We were taken care of by Nate for the process of leasing a new vehicle. Then Jennifer took care of the paperwork. Both were very helpful, friendly and overall we were taken care of in an excellent manor. We were very impressed with the "new car lease" that Nate fixed us up with. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful.

Happy with salesperson, not with sales manager

My experience with my salesman, Nate, was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about what he was selling, and I could easily bounce ideas off of him. My custom order took 8 weeks to come in, and he was very helpful in letting me know updates on my purchase. Highly recommend him. The Sales manager however, was not very helpful, including blaming people for "miscommunications" when my agreed purchase numbers mysteriously changed 3 times when I went to sign documents. The problems were rectified, and I love my new Mustang!! Thanks again Nate, be proud that you saved a sale your manager almost lost.

Great Service!

I came in wanting a specific car and after I test drove it I realized it wasn't what I was looking for at all. I worked with Kurtis who listened to exactly what I wanted and came back with two other models that fit the details of what I was looking for. He was able to provide different years in cars to better fit my price range with the amount of miles I was looking for. Great Service! And I greatly appreciated that Kurtis took the time to listen and gave me his full attention.

Amazing Experiance!!

Very friendly atmosphere! Mark DDobbrastine the sales associate I dealt with went above and beyond to make my experiance with purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this dealership and the employees that work here to anyone!!

TOP NOTCH DEALER

Great Buying Experience

Had the pleasure of purchasing a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ed Koehn Jeep in Greenville, MI. Kurtis took great care of us through the buying process. We actually special ordered our vehicle from the manufacturer. Price was very fair, communication great. Recommend this dealership!
