Efficient and thorough
My car was totaled. I needed a car today . I called Heinrich Chevrolet. They’re about a hour away. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. There was a delay, but no fault of their own, it was my insurance company that wouldn’t answer the phone. A few of the staff even used their personal cell phones to try and get through to my insurance company to close the deal. They were supposed to close at 4pm, but almost all of the employees stayed until close to 5pm, to make sure I got my new car! I am so grateful. My salesman was fantastic from the first phone call to him , to the text I got from him when I got home…. IN MY BRAND NEW CAR!!

Great experience
My experience at Heinrich Chevrolet was fantastic. My salesman Zack went out of his way to make the process go smoothly. I went in took the truck for a ride and bought it that day. Zack completely went over the truck with me. I would definitely recommend Zack in Heinrich Chevrolet for your lease or buying.
