Great communication

Great communication and check ins about the needed repairs and costs. They even used a texting system which was very convenient for me at work instead of calling. Excellent and reasonably priced repair/maintenance.

well done service

The work is done well, altho they were w hours late in finishing. the service people are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept up. Bathrooms are clean

Best vehicle transaction yet!

Bill Rapp GMC was excellent. They helped me when other dealers wouldn't. For that I will be a return customer for any future GM vehicle I purchase. Friendly, helpful and kept me updated. Transaction was smooth and efficient. Russ Lee was a pleasure to deal with, and Bryan Franco was great to deal with to initiate sale. Facilities are modern and clean. The owner, Brian Rapp, came to thank me on purchase, normally you don't even get a manager to do that.

Fast service, nice staff.

Fast service, coming off a 12hr night shift, I worried that I would be there all morning in need of sleep but instead it was less than the time quoted.

Excellent job in Collision
