Wonderful service at the Express Center
My first time at the Express Center and it was great. Have been bringing in my Foresters for years and the service is always wonderful. This time I could not believe how fast and complete the work was done. ERIC, the man in charge was totally polite and helpful. I think it's wonderful an oil change no longer needs an appointment. It will make it easier to bring the car in when the work is needed without worrying about the time and date. Again, your personnel was absolutely perfect. Thank you. Frank Papalia

Super Store....Super Service
Just had the tires rotated and oil changed on my Buick Regal. Easy appointment by phone with several choices. Quick sign-in, cup of coffee in the waiting area. Job done, car washed, no charge with warranty. Got out of my car at 1:35. Got back in at 2:08. Super satisfied!!!

Excellent service
Sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy; he always says hi when I'm in for routine maintenance. The service department is on-time and accurate with estimates of cost and wait-time. They've recently remodeled the facilities; everything is up to snuff. I've purchased 3 vehicles there with no negative issues. Top notch.

Great service, friendly sales person!!
We drove to this dealership because of the TV ads we had been watching. Along with the Buick, we were comparing our options on a lease with several other dealers. Because of the options and ride of the Buick, we stopped looking. Being a Saturday, it took a bit longer to get the paper work needed to complete the deal but we drive off in our new Buick!! Great service...Thanks-you so much!

Pleased with my experience
I purchased my first new car from Bill Rapp Subaru from Sales agent Bill S., and I had a great experience. Bill S. was very helpful in going through the different features of the different Subaru models available. I found the Subaru that I liked and ordered it. Bill told me it would come in six weeks, six weeks later I got a call my car was ready. The dealership handled transferring my insurance and NYS registration. I only had to come in to cut a check. Great experience overall.

Pleased with GM service
I recently purchased a Nissan from Bill Rapp. This is the 2nd car I have purchased there. The salesman Tom Labrake is always knowledgeable and works with me to get the best deal. He was also instrumental in helping me resolve a problem with the service agreement that I had purchased. I really appreciated his help as the dealership who took over the service agreements refused to help me. I will keep this in mind when buiyng my next car. Tom arranged for me to have my oil changed at the Bill Rapp GM dealership at no charge. The service was excellent and very quick for a Saturday morning. They were extremely professional and even washed my car in less than an hour.
