bought the Infinity QX50 the first time, and I made appointment for oil change at Infinity of Syracuse. They charge me $130 for the oil change, I didn’t mind I think they use special kind of oil but infinity is a luxury brand, lots of luxury brands when you go for service they always do the curtsy check of breaks, air filters, cabin air filter. They didn’t perform any of the curtsy check. That’s not the problem, the problem was the service Machenic forgot to fasten the oil pan cover on one side and over the time with the wind blowing under the car the oil pan cover was broke, I kept hearing the little noise under the car I didn’t pay attention. I dropped something in front of my car and I went down to pick it up and I saw the oil pan cover was hanging on one side. I called the infinity of Syracuse dealer service department and explained the situation and they start defending their work right away. They didn’t fixed it, and there incompetence Service Manager, who was very rude to me and he said to me that you want something for free. Every time when you go for oil change the service technician will cover the your car seat, cover the car steering wheel because of course there hands are dirty, there clothes are dirty with dirty oil. I asked the service technician how come you didn’t put seat cover I said my car seat are white and with your dirty clothes now it’s dirty, he looked at me like oh xxxx we should have put the seat cover. That’s would a Luxury Car dealer would do. Even though if you go to small oil change shops they will even put the seat cover and cover the floor. I’m surprised and shocked the Infinity of Syracuse “the Luxury Car Dealer “ they didn’t do any of that. When confronted the service technician and told him you made my white seat dirty, there RUDE SERVICE MANAGER said your seat is already dirty. At the end the RUDE MANAGER said to me that you don’t have to come back to our dealer ship, and I said are you kidding me even you offered me a free service for my car I still won’t come to your dealer ship. Infinity of Syracuse has RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS MANAGER AND INCOMPETENCE SERVICE EMPLOYEES. At the end if my oil pan cover was broken how come they didn’t even bother to show me the broken oil pan cover, if they would perform quality service that’s all could’ve been avoided. I had bad experience with LOWERY BROS. INFINITY OF SYRACUSE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR SERVICE FOR MY CAR AT INFINITY OF SYRACUSE.

The customer paid $130.99 for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have 7 retainer clips installed that were missing from the underbody shield. The customer was notified at this point that the shield was broken in several spots, and if he wanted it fixed permanently it would need new shields. The customer declined and took it as is knowing that the retainers were going to be a temporary repair. This took place on 1/23/25. When the customer arrived on 4/3/25 our service department looked at the vehicle, then notified the customer that the underbody shield and right front inner wheel well liner were all broken and cracked. We informed the customer that those areas needed to be replaced. We then invited the customer back to the service shop to look at the damage. It was at that point the customer became belligerent and started accusing our service department of lying and never doing the work. We showed the customer the invoice from the previous visit back on 1/23/25, that noted the shields will need replacement and that the customer declined the work and signed the work order. No repairs were made at that point, nor was the customer charged for any repairs. Due to the extent of the customer’s behavior and accusations, we informed the customer that he should take his vehicle elsewhere. LOWERY BROS. INFINITI of Syracuse

This most recent visit was missing the little extras that I had received during past visits (complimentary car wash, and personalized advice from the service manager). But this was far from a bad experience, just not a personalized as was done in past visits.

I made an appointment to have my car serviced.
I made an appointment to have my car serviced. It took 3 week to get my car in. I took the day off of work, drove an hour and half to the dealership, got the dealership and they didn't have the part they assured me they would have to fix my car. They did nothing to right their wrong. Nothing. they scheduled me to come back in a week and a half. Thanks for nothing. I wish I never bought an infinity since there is not a dealership close to me and the warranty is only useable at their dealerships.
