I was looking for a new car and called Rany Wise. I talked to Rick he ask me to stop by and look and what they had to offer. He was just great. He ask me what kind of car I wanted. With in three hours I was leaving with a new car.

I contacted Clay via phone on a Mailbu he had on his lot, Clay was very upfront about the vehicle and told me that it was previously owned by a heavy smoker. After talking to Clay about the vehicle he told me that he has other Malibu's that might work for me. Clay went above his job duties and really worked with me. I live over an hour and half a way from Rany Wise and extremly busy at work so i could not get away to go look at what he had. I asked Clay to be my eyes, he personaly went out and looked at every Malibu I had questions about, took time to go over all the work they have had done to them and answered all my weird questions. He was very layed back and was not pushy at all. I took Clay's option on all the Malibu's and after a couple days picked one ( of course it was one off their Ford lot, so he had to go get it). Clay had the vehicle delivered to my work and it was everything he said it was. So a long story short, I bought a vehicle sight unseen because of the person I was dealing with, you could just tell he was a honest person. Thanks Clay! My mother in law will be seeing you soon.

Randy Wise's website was the easiest to find what I was looking for. One of the cars we were considering was a manual transmission Cruze. Although most dealerships are using the same software, often the transmission type isn't listed in the gallery. I had to look at the window sticker to find it. Randy's Wise's website let me find that information without hunting. They also have pictures of the actual vehicles which made me feel more confident about what I was seeing. One dealership used all stock pictures of a silver car, no matter the actual color. That did not expedite my search! Then, when I was ready to ask for an explanation of the codes used for incentives, I called Randy Wise Chevrolet, was connected to Dave Olson, and he answered everything in detail without industry jargon that I have no glossary for. When he gave me pricing on specific cars, he went through exactly how it was calculated. And while he asked qualifying questions and encouraged me to visit, I didn't feel I had to make a decision on the spot. The entire experience was easier and much more pleasant than I expected. There are several closer dealerships, but it was worth the 26 mile trip.

We came in on a Saturday morning with a specific car in mind. Tim was great! He pulled up the car took a little bit of information and we got to test drive the 2010 Chevy Malibu. It was perfect and just as described. Everyone at Randy Wise working with us was great! We got an amazing deal on the car and the warrenties are awesome!! Within 2 hrs of being there we left with our new car. I would definitely recommend Randy Wise to everyone whose looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
