About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since November 2006.
At Kayser we do things a bit differently. First all our sales people are not paid on commission they earn a pre-set amount for any vehicle they sell. We have a Best Price Policy meaning you always get the Best Price. We back that up with a Price Check Report showing you our Best price and how it compares to the competition. Lastly you have a 3 day no-questions asked full money back guarantee. To ensure you buy the perfect vehicle for you. Learn more at www.kayseronline.com.com. At Kayser we want you to love buying your vehicle as much as you love driving it. Thanks for your interest in our vehicle and happy shopping!

Try to overcharge me $1000 for Russ proofing underneath

Try to overcharge me $1000 for Russ proofing underneath the vehicle when it was already rusty and I said would you remove the rust and then apply this and they said nope. Then try to pass a $2500 accessory fee on top of the cost of the car when they added absolutely nothing to it Which they said they would remove but they’re already charging me $500 for a dealership fee which I thought was also a little ridiculous. Would not come down on their price and I walked out and I feel they are completely dishonest untrustworthy place to do business.

Well, they paid spmeone off to get this good of a rating

Well, they paid spmeone off to get this good of a rating here. The service center is horrible. I got a clean bill of health for my car that smells like burning and has a vibration on the steering wheel, because either multiple mechanics there are completely incompetent idiots or they are dishonorable. I don't care which, but this was the stupidest service visit I have ever had in my life. They are a complete waste of time, and the setvice desk person told me I wasn't supposed to use several features on my car, and was too stupid to realize my vehicle was turbocharged. I can't believe they have sny goid reviews at all. It sounds like a scam, for sure.

They refuse to jonor my bumper to bumper warranty!

They refuse to jonor my bumper to bumper warranty! I'm experiencing a burning smell and vibration in the steering wheel, and apparently they are complete idiots that know nothing about cars, or they are dishonorable thiefs! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Horrible!

Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000

Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!

I got an estimate and service at the Collision Center.

I got an estimate and service at the Collision Center. Derek Helmlinger was exceptional in saving me a lot of money, and going way beyond tasks he needed to do. He made it easy for me to have my Ford back like new. He helped order a used tail light that was as great as a new one. My rear sensor did not give a warning. This was a service department task, but he said "Sometimes they are just dirty", and he washed them off, and they worked again. When I told him how impressed I was with his service, he reminded me that Bob Jones, the estimator and Tyler Aeschlimann who installed the tail light should also get credit for a good job. All the people we have worked with are great.

I am looking at new Mach E’s at Kayser Ford in Madison,

I am looking at new Mach E’s at Kayser Ford in Madison, WI.I had a pleasant enough experience with the sales person, Terry; however, upon return from my test drive I got the bait and switch. The MSRP on the vehicle sticker said $66,795. The dealership noted there were $7000 in rebates. When we begin looking at numbers, the USED CAR sales manager, Josh, Kohl, produced a new Maroni Sticker with an MSRP at $71,795. This was for the exact same vehicle! The vehicle has been sitting on the a lot for over 160 days. The federal rebate of $3750 will expire on January 1. How will they unload these cars then? It will probably stay there longer if they continue to play games like this. There are 2500 Mach E’s in a 200 mile radius of Kayser Ford. Guess where I’m not going to buy my vehicle? Best of all: the 2024s are just about to arrive. Good luck with the expensive floor plan interest rates. #Paperweights
