Outstanding customer service, once again.

Outstanding customer service, once again. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Tyler and so incredibly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, his walk-through, and the sweet and polite nature of this young man. His transparency & integrity weigh high We highly recommend Tyler to all our family and friends.

Loved the environment.

My salesman.

My salesman. Michael, was so very kind ans so helpful to me into a vehicle so I wouldn't lose my job. He helped me pick a dream vehicle that was in my price range and not a junk yard special! The finance gentleman worked hard to get Mr financed. Everyone there was very professional I onal. I will be back when I need a vehicle again

I made an morning appointment for an oil change, tire

I made an morning appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and new engine air filter. Got an appointment confirmation, and numerous reminders by text and email. When I arrived, I was told they did not have the air filter in stock. As explained to me, my options were to wait there until a parts delivery truck arrived sometime in the afternoon, or come back a second time for work scheduled to take place on the first visit. I let my service tech know that both options were highly inconvenient. She eventually sent someone to Auto Zone to buy an air filter to complete the job on that visit. Two questions: Did I pay for a GM air filter when all I got was a knockoff? What is the point of specifying the services to be performed when making a reservation if the service requirements are not read by the service department (she said they don't read the reservations) and the required parts are not made available beforehand?
