while talking to a "salesman" of theirs on the phone he insulted me for no reason then when i asked him to repeat it he berated me so i told him i was ending the call and to have a good day his response to me was FU! what a horrible unprofessional employee he needs to be fired if that's how he represents this dealer buyer beware if this is how they treat strangers over the phone i could only imagine their normal business practices.

Zimbrick Infinity is hands-down the BEST!
The best car dealership in all my years of experience! The service is consistently EXCELLENT and the staff helpful and trustworthy! These days, it’s reassuring that someone “has your back!” I’ve dealt with the same personnel for 8 years now, the dealership must be doing something right to have so little staffing turnover…and I appreciate them all!

Zimbrick Honda is the worst.
They will lie to you and tell you that you need unnecessary maintenance work on your vehicle. Then won’t let you get your car until you pay in full. They should be ashamed at how they treat people. They only car about them selfs and taking money for their customers. Awful. I will never go there for business. Better places out there that won’t lie to you and get you for every penny.

Qx80 Repair
Diagnosed a problem for 4500 dollars. Diagnosis was wrong. Was fixed for much much less! You make your own conclusion. Can't say much more than that!

DO NOT GO TO ZIMBRICK BUICK GMC WEST!
I recently took my vehicle in for an oil change (purchased at Zimbrick so had a year of free oild changes). When I started the car after the service visit while still on the lot, a new warning light stating the "front assist unavailable" was on. Dan Ellis and the team at Zimbrick Buick GMC noted damage to the front censor area and transferred the vehicle to Zimbrick VW East who stated the entire censor and housing would need to be replaced at around $1900. I never had front impact damage preceding the visit and the light was not on when I dropped the car off at the dealership (which Dan agreed was true). Now I have an expensive fix and no functional cruise control. Leaving your new car in the hands of a dealership only to have it given back with a brand new warning light and a $1900 repair bill is egregious. Dan Ellis was unwilling to offer reimbursement for repair. I am now making an insurance claim for an arbitration of fault/payment and have notified the better business bureau. The right thing to do would be restabilize the sensor and recalibrate at a menial cost to the dealership but Dan and Zimbrick GMC west were unwilling to do that.

Really pleased with Zimbrick used honda dealer. Geoff was easy to speak with and knowledgeable. Explained the difference between AWD and 4WD, an explanation other sales men answered “Good Question”. Worth the 2 hour drive to Madison to check out this vehicle. Thank You Zimbrick!

Disorganized, not good!
Looking to purchase a Honda Ridgeline. Pretty disorganized, test drove the one they had on the lot, waited while they searched for second car that was on the lot but no one could seem to locate. Returned two days later for a scheduled appointment to test drive the missing vehicle and receive a number on my trade. The sales person clearly was not prepared, after waiting 20 minutes, finally found the car and received the written proposal for the trade, which was $1,000 less than previous conversation. I will still purchase the Ridgeline, love Honda, but not from this dealer.
