I have bought 3 used vehicles over the years from this dealership. The first 2 have been good used vehicles with no real problems including a 2009 Equinox. The last one was a 2016 Equinox. Since buying this in March of 2022, we have had nothing but problems. The first was a timing belt replacement in November 2022 which cost about $3500 and caused my wife to be stranded on the side of M53 freeway about 45 minutes away from home. Since then we have had to replace solenoids, sway bar linkage, rear brake calipers because of them locking up, and wheel bearings. After these issues we decided to reach out to Milnes about our frustration. Upon talking to the salesman we bought it from about our problems, he sat in his chair, leaned back with his hands behind his head and said "things happen". Now of course we all know a buyer takes a chance when buying a used vehicle, but this was ridiculous. His passive aggressive attitude is was most frustrating. After which he tried to smooth things over by offering us a 1 year newer vehicle with a higher payment! Needless to say we refused the offer. Now the check engine light intermittently is on which i need to find out why and it has almost stalled on us while putting it in reverse causing dashboard lights to flash. The undercarriage and bottom doors are rusting out and it needs a new muffler. It also has a serious oil consumption problem which cause us to get an oil change on 50% oil life. We bought it with 130,489 miles and as of today it has 154,692 miles on it. Needless to say my family will not recommend buying a used car from them.

Milnes did not give me my sticker for my next oil change,
Milnes did not give me my sticker for my next oil change, put my car as blue when it is black, and took about 45 minutes for oil change. Not a good review from me

Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. When they were done with the work, staff went over their findings. He told me how long it would take to fix and that it would be covered if I had in done by certain time.

We totally enjoyed dealing with George.
We totally enjoyed dealing with George. His personality and knowledge was outstanding. He was very patient with us both when he was showing us how he transferred our Sirius and Onstar accounts. He took his own time to upgrade our cellphone apps. Being not knowledgeable about cell phone since we still use landlines that was extremely helpful and something we did not know to do. the cell phone updates on several programs now help us get additional features on our vehicle for instance "google maps". We had no idea that would work on our vehicle.. This saved and will save us a considerable amount of money. Recommend George highly!
