How others treat me, recognize with me, and make overt gestures to interact with me in an accomodating manner --- is very important me because of the debilitating walking impairment that I deal with. Everybody, from the office staff, the service/repair personnel, to the shuttle-service, were all very very willing to provide conveniences for me. Was told service would only take 1 1/2 hours. Was there for just over 3 hours. If I would have known I was going to be there that long I would have made arrangements to be picked up.
