Helpful, showed me several options because I did not know what I wanted, made sure all the paperwork was in place before I came to pickup the vehicle, and checks up on you when the sale is done to make sure you are satisfied or have questions. We are a repeat customer this was #5 and will be back again.

My first vehicle purchase from Cappellino couldn’t have been any better of an experience. Dante was amazing to work with every step of the way. He does not pressure you what’s so ever into making a decision on your purchase. He is very knowledgeable, kind and a down to earth guy! The entire dealership was a total pleasure to work with and make the entire experience fast and very simple. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again!

I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 from Cappellino Buick-GMC, and the entire experience was excellent. I worked with Jacquie Andrusz, who I actually chose after seeing her posts on the dealership’s Facebook page. Her social media presence and happy customer reviews stood out to me, and I can honestly say she lived up to every expectation. From my very first message, Jacquie was professional, friendly, and completely transparent about pricing, rebates, and my trade-in value. We went back and forth by text and phone, and by mid-afternoon that same day, we had made a deal and I placed my deposit. Everything was clear and straightforward, which made the process stress-free. On pickup day, I drove two hours to the dealership, and everything was ready as promised. The test drive, paperwork, and delivery all went smoothly. Even when we ran into an issue with GM Rewards redemption (something out of their control), Jacquie and the team went above and beyond to help find a solution. After the sale, she also spent time walking me through all the features of my new Sierra so I’d feel completely comfortable with it before driving home. Jacquie’s personality, friendliness, and dedication truly made this a great car-buying experience. She is a huge asset to Cappellino Buick-GMC, and I would highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping for a new vehicle.

This is my second vehicle that I purchased @ Cappellino through Dominic there. Had a wonderful experience both times. No price bantering. It was a great experience. I bought out one vehicle for my daughter and leased another within a week. A very smooth transaction, Will definitely come back again!!

Jackie at Cappellino GMC was a true professional.

Jackie at Cappellino GMC was a true professional. She took the time before the actual sale to not only show me the vehicle but to actually take it for a drive. She also pointed out many of the features which were considerably different than my Highlander, and answered all my questions. Jackie made certain the Terrain would suit my needs. At the time of delivery she once again went over the vehicle with me and another test drive. This was the "old fashioned" car buying experience I was looking for. The dealership was highly recommended to me. I will definately refer people to Jackie in the future.

Started off rocky with the first salesman but the sales manager I believe his name was Jon went above and beyond to remedy the problem and assigned Domenic who just so happens to be rated top 50 car salesman in America! Domenic is the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with!
