Excellent service!

I traded in my car for a leased car, the sales representative did everything in his power to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Thank you to, Steven Gates, you did a great job and I love my new car!

Best Nissan dealer in all of western new york!!!

I have shopped every Nissan dealer in all of Western New York and these people are by far the nicest people to do business with! They were all so friendly and they beat every other Nissan dealers price by over $900.........I will never go anywhere else again!!

Good cars lousy jingle LOUSIER dealership

I was recently at Mike Barney Nissan with the highest hopes of signing a deal on a used car. My intention was to trade in my car, put cash down and happily be on my way with a new vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Joe Gioeli was the salesman that "helped" me navigate through the deal. His attitude was appalling, I talked to him for less than 15 minutes. During that time I dealt with several eye rolls, an unwillingness to compromise and when the time came to sign a deal he attempted to strong arm me into signing a deal where I was given no financial information. Once I told him I was uncomfortable putting cash down on the vehicle, I shook his hand and walked away. As I was leaving he said well that was a xxxxxxx. To top it off I was in my car when he knocked on my window and insulted me again. He said to not bother coming back and that he did not to deal with this "disaster anyways". I'm not sure if this happened because I am a woman but I would never recommend this dealership. I will be reporting the poor business practices that I had encountered with the BBB.

AVOID JOE GIOELI

Went there on a nice used car that was listed for a great price. We were greeted at the door, given the keys for the car of interest and took our test drive. Car was fine and we were prepared to purchase. The salesman Joe Gioeli was rude, presumptuous, and had the audacity to call me a xxxxxxx under his breath, after shaking hands, when we refused to buy the car without a rate and payment disclosure. We were happy to leave on good terms with the intent of coming back after checking out exploring another option we had for the trade in. After we left the dealership Joe proceeded to our vehicle, knocked on the window, chose to insult us one more time and told us not to return because "he didn't want to deal with this disaster anyways". I will be filing a complaint with the BBB on Monday for poor business ethics and tactics. I went there with my girlfriend to help with the purchase. If you are a woman do not work with this man because he will try to take advantage of you.

Trustworthy & My Go to Dealer

You'll find honest people who work hard here, and nobody tries to make the customer happier. It's not a perfect place and customers are not perfect either.

A thief in the service department

Our car was in for a service appt today and while there, an item was stolen from the car. Additionally, they failed to even service the car. I will never go to Mike Barney Nissan again. You have been warned!

Professional

I bought a 09 Santa Fe with 56K. My salesman was Cody Chirayath. I must say the praises of Cody for his professionalism. I had a lot of fun during my dealership experience. Mike Campbell was the man handling fiance. Very friendly well spoken and up front. As a small dealership I was impressed by the efficiency of sale. I also was very impressed with service. I have never seen such a fine tuned operation. =D-R-W-JR

very happy

I recently purchased a new car at Mike Barneys..I love my car! I had been shopping and did my "homework". I had been to a few dealerships "being female I felt that some places didn't take me seriously. I wasn't happy how I was treated. I had such a good experience here. Everyone was friendly and courteous.I didn't feel pressured at all. The manager Mark Z was great! He went out if his way to help with any questions etc. He was very accommodating, professional and friendly. . I not only got the better deal but got the best customer service.

Avoid at all costs

This dealership blatantly lies to get you excited about a deal, then slams you with payments you cannot afford. You can look at their reviews on Yelp and other sites, always bad, these people are unethical liars, avoid at all costs.

It's okay.

So. I can say it was good. I've got new car to a reasonable price. Cody, poor guy. I asked a 1000 questions and had same amount of concerns, I'm picky, I want I think like all of us great deal for less money and I finally got it!!! I love my new car. Price is good, monthly payment acceptable. Cody and Mark thank you guys!
