Larry is a fantastic and seasoned salesperson. Not pushy, and responsive to questions. Shane is very knowledgeable and efficient. The overall place seems to lack organization/communication internally, but the vehicles are top notch as are the people I worked with!

I just have 1 comment/complaint. I needed a loaner because of leaving my vehicle overnight and having my rear brakes done. The loaner I was given was filthy. There was dog hair all over seats, and was just an extremely dirty vehicle. Especially in these current times the way things are with Covid, it should have been cleaned and disinfected before loaning out to a valued customer. (I bought my vehicle brand new at this dealership and have always had my service done here and have always been satisfied) I was very disappointed and mentioned it to a couple of people that work there in the service Dept. Was told that turnover is so quick they don't have time to clean them. Not acceptable in my book. Otherwise service was very good service and the price was reasonable for what I needed done.

Everyone we worked with was great and made the process much easier than the nightmare I usually think of when buying a car. I would buy there again!

Symdon collision department was the best of everything professional in every aspect and was great to work with just the best you could ever expect

I have used the body shop before and will come back again. Dave and all of the employees are friendly, helpful, and caring. They got the job done when promised and the work was excellent.

Service was very friendly and got my truck back to me very fast. This was the 3rd time I had issues with my truck. Very Happy with Symdon all around, but I will never buy another GM vehicle again.
