Fisnik at Subaru City in Milwaukee was excellent.
Fisnik at Subaru City in Milwaukee was excellent. He was very patient with us and took a lot of time to explain the electronics in the redesigned Forester. He also made sure that we came very close to the extras that we were looking for in the premium trim line. We ended up with a few more add-ons than what we wanted, but it didn’t add that much more to the cost of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Fisnik (“Fis”) at Subaru City. He also reached out a few days later to see if we had any more questions about the operation of the vehicle. Jackie and Frederic in the business office were also very easy to deal with and did a great job of explaining our options with respect to extending the warranty. Overall, this was one of the best experiences that I have had buying a new vehicle.

Dealer works as a team from sales to manager and finance. No pressure, actually works with you, pleasant experience and purchase is done timely, not one of the typical dances you have to do at other dealerships. Everything clearly explained, questions answered and professional. Not the usual high pressure, manipulation or having to repeat yourself . This high recommendation is from a cat guy who has purchased many cats. Also, a female friend purchased a car here and wasn’t talked down to because she is female. I have a lift on my car which then needs staff to hand
I have a lift on my car which then needs staff to hand wash it. I bought my Subaru in 2019. Sadly it’s only been washed by them 5 times. This time they did an excellent job but it took almost 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and a new filter!!!
