Thanks for making it Easy

A big THANK YOU to Mike Pryor and Martha Alaniz for helping us to purchase our new Outback. I was totally impressed with your up front low price that no dealer would consider matching. That coupled with the great value on our trade in, and easy in house financing made this experience enjoyable and stress free! Martha was even kind enough to mail us the items I left in the trade in by mistake! No question in my mind, this was the best car buying experience I have had in my lifetime.

Mouhamed Fall is a great guy

We came to subaru city with a pretty firm grasp on what we wanted and though the specific car we inquired about had been taken, Mo was quick to help find the car for us. He hustled hard to help us with time restraints during our visit and made sure we felt welcome. I appreciate all of the knowledge he had on the car we bought and how easy it was to work out payment. Thanks Mo, you rock!

Nice people

Everybody at the Subaru dealership was very nice, offering us drinks and snacks while we waited, It took a little while to get the paperwork done but that's to be expected.

My Subaru Legacy needed front end bumper work - replacement

My experience was excellent. Sasena Fairbanks was awesome, friendly and provided excellent customer service, follow-up phone calls and updates regarding the actual date of service. The estimate process was quick and the total cost matched or was less than the insurance quote. I paid an insurance deductible so much of the work was coming from our "pocket". I would highly recommend the body shop service department to all Subaru owners in the Milwaukee area. Thank you Sasena!

First time Subaru buyer

This was my first time buying from Schlossmanns and the first time buying a Subaru. Jeremy, the salesman, could not have been more helpful. He explained all the nuances of the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy. I looked at other makes and models and decided to buy the Outback. I made an appointment to go back and buy. The financial transaction went well and then Jeremy went over, more in depth at that time, the workings of all the "bells and whistles" I just had to have. I was told I can call with questions and if I want further "training" I can call and make an appointment. It was a great experience and with no pressure to buy at all. I would not hesitate to buy from Schlossmanns, from Jeremy, in the future.

Eric thill

Had a great excellence with the first Outback and yes, again with the second. Our salesman was patient, helpful, explained, and worked well with us. Financing was smooth, well presented, and easy to work through. Kept us up to date on the status of the car and when it would be available. We would recommend.

Recall repair

I received notifications through the mail and email, so I was sure to get the notice. It stated what the fix needed was and how long it would take. It was easy to schedule the repair, the waiting room was very comfortable (even with drinks & cookies available) and my car was washed afterward. This was as easy & comfortable as it could be.

AWD Handling

Since we had to have the Telematics issue (recall) taken care of on our 2016 Outback, we asked to have the AWD system checked. The handling we experienced this winter on ice/snow was very disconcerting and unlike we have experienced with our AWD Toyota. The service department checked all the related computer settings and tested the AWD on their gravel pit and we were told everything checked out. The service guy suggested we switch to snow tires in the winter. Others (friends, acquaintances, mechanics) that we talked to about this problem all believe the tires that come with the car are bottom of the line and switching to a better tire (not necessarily snow tires) would solve the problem. We will try that next winter. If that truly is the case, shame on you Subaru. There was no charge for this visit, but in general, I am taking my car to an independent shop because the rates charged by Subaru in general are ridiculously higher than average.
