Great service never tries to upsell

It's always a good experience working with Josh Carroll... I trust him, have purchased three cars off of him. And I know I do not get taken advantage of on pricing with him... And he never tries to sell me something that I don't want... Always a great experience!

Excellent sales staff and inventory

Glenn was very helpful in finding a car to fit my budget. I also like the fact that there was a large inventory to choose from.

Great service

I think Fred Wallace did a great job of trying to make me happy, meet my needs, answer questions and keep me aware of what was going on during a very frustrating time with a new vehicle. Jason Seyfied did a great job as he always does. I feel that I was treated fairly and the buying process was open and above board. I have purchased 6 vehicles from Al Serra and will buy me next one as well. In my opinion they are an honest company that tries to do their best in both sales and service.

I DID NOT LIKE THE WAY A SALES MAN AT CADILLAC DEALERSHIP TOOK CARE OF ME. VERY PUCHEY. I THOUGHT HE WAS VERY AREGENT THE WAY HE TALK TO ME. I MAY BE GOING SOME WHERE ELSE TO BUY A NEW CADILLAC. THE SALES MAN WAS SEAN WHITE. I CANT BELIVE THIS GUY IS A SALES MAN?

Service was completed in a satisfactory time.

AS staff does not seem interested in honoring my extended warranty "EasyCare". I was called, only after I had written my check and gone home, stating that my service was indeed covered.

Everyone is always so nice and takes time to explain things. I do not ever feel like I am being told something just so the dealership can make money. I feel I am treated fairly and any recommendations are not forced upon me. Thank you!

fast, friendly, professional, very clean

I always bring my vehicle to al serra for anything that needs done from an oil change to the fan on my heater needed fixed. everyone is professional, courteous, and quick to get you taken care of.

Great service, tecs friendly, al serra grand blanc

Multiple updates on progress of vehicle. Friendly nature of all tecs involved . New waiting room was awesome, appreciated coffee, water, donuts, popcorn availability. Would send others to this location.
