The body shop sucks 5 years ago it was great now it has gone down hill The service manager was rude and wasn’t, very friendly not helpful at all will never go back loved it 5 years ago

I was immediately greeted via email by Mr. Birch. I was impressed with selections. I would return to service or buy car from here... There are many options and it's off the bus routes to the city.

Brought my equinox in for oil change and when they opened the hood squirrels have made a huge nest. About a 1/2 bushel of grass and leaves along with the hood liner that they shredded. And chewed up the cabin air filters. They changed the oil, did 27 point inspection, rotated tires, replaced hood liner and filters. I was out in 45 minutes. Love Al Serra's service department. I live in Lupton Mi and always try to have my vehicle's serviced here.
