My experience at Al Serra

Derek was wonderful! He answered all of our question, very professional, not pushy at all, makes you feel like he has your best interest in mind!! I will work with him again in the future.

Beware of Leaking Tires

Went in to purchase used Subaru. During test drive the LOW TIRE warning appeared. Telling the salesman I wanted the tire “fixed” more air was put into the leaking tire. Apparently no one took the time to learn what was causing the leak. Before I was home it was LOW AGAIN. When I got into a tire shop an inch and a quarter long, quarter inch wide, screw portion was removed from the LOW TIRE. Someone at Al Serra Auto Plaza really should have evaluated the tire and truly repaired the leak. it is wrong to receive a car that has a flat tire in just a few days. A fair price was paid for the used vehicle, but its initial quality left a lot to be desired.

Great Customer Service at Al Serra!

I moved out of state to North Carolina but I still prefer to have my 2019 GMC Acadia serviced at Al Serra when I visit home. On Saturday, I had a routine oil change and tire rotation which was completed in a very timely manner. But what was outstanding was the service I received from Shawn in the Parts Dept. My fob needed a new battery per the display in the vehicle. Shawn went through 4 or 5 brand new batteries to make sure they registered correctly before installing into my fob. He could have easily put the first one in and sent me on my way. His EXCELLENT customer service is noteworthy!!!

New truck!

Great!!!! Very nice people. Quick process. Thoroughly cleaned vehicle before we took it. Karla is awesome! Thanks for the new truck guys. The drive was worth it!

Great Service on my 2020 Equinox

Josh was outstanding to work with on my service concern! He was very friendly, answered all my questions and got my car to a technician the day I brought it in just as he said he would. I appreciated the quick turnaround time.

Excellent Customer Service!

My wife and I walked into the dealership, knowing we were looking for a new truck but not sure what we could get into. Derek Suttle made the entire process seamless and easy. He handled all of our concerns, answered all of our questions. He was responsive whenever we reached out to him. We are very happy with our new purchase and appreciate the level of customer service that Derek brought to the table.

Not Great

Customer service was brutal today. Salesman knew I drove 2 hours today to test drive a car with intent to buy if things went well. I took a half day at work and was ready to make a purchase. I get there and drive the car. Came back in. I asked if there were two faabs for the car or just one. He says he doesn’t know and he would have to look. His tone implied he was not interested in that nor did he go look. I then say it felt like the air conditioning didn’t seem great and is it possible something needs a fix? He says it needs to be driven ten minutes first. I just drove it 10 minutes and nothing changed. I asked if they could look at it before Id proceed. He said they already look at them before there driven and thats what warranties are for. I drove two hours for that treatment?! So I would not recommend
