Forgot making an appointment.Long wait times !

Drove and hour to have my vehicle serviced. Made an appointment and it's been over 2 hours and they have not even looked at it. Not acceptable for long wait times when you have an appointment.

Long wait times for service.Even with an appointme

Waiting for over three hours before they even looked at it. What good is an appointment? Waisted a whole day for a 1 hour repair.

Second Volt Lease Process Very Simple!

Leasing my second Volt could not have been more simple. Doug Nolan had all the paperwork ready to go, helped me contact my insurance provider, etc. He is organized, professional, polite, funny and helpful!! Car was in excellent condition, staff is all wonderful. Worth the drive north from Troy!!

Great Service, Very Courteous

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Made me feel important and not just another person. Went here to buy a car instead of buying one from the dealership I work at. Vic went above and beyond to answer any question I had. Building and lot was very clean, organized, and pleasing to the eye.

Sales person Travis Jones was excellent. Every one we came into contact with was very helpful. Had a slight problem and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend your dealership.

Al SERRA Auto Plaza- a great purchase experience.
