Worth the Hour Drive.

My experience at Fox was what my auto servicing has been lacking since I moved from Chicago. Since moving to Battle Creek in 2021, I've been taking my Mazda to the dealership closest to me in Kalamazoo. I've not been happy with the service there so this time around I sought out the next closest. This initial visit is what I expect from Mazda and plan to return for my future maintenance health checks.

Maintenance Service

Our service manager was incredible. He communicated throughout the repair, and was in direct contact with the repair man on my vehicle to ensure the problems were resolved and no longer posed as a driving hazard. He also made the long repair as painless as possible for us while the tech and he tried to discover the cause of issues. Experiencing Sid's professionalism of caring, courtesy, and thoroughness is greatly appreciated. He is a definite asset to Fox Ford. I feel confident our vehicles are in good hands with Sid and the mechanics whenever we need service.

Good knowledgeable service person.. Very good visit today. Nothing else needed, I was in and out in less than an hour overall very very good visit

Always great service

This was for 50k maintenance on my 2019 Expedition. Quick, professional service. My service advisor Mitch explained everything clearly and with no pressure.

Great Service, quick and easy

Quick and easy. Nice lounge area. The process was easy as you can set up everything online. Everybody at the dealer was friendly and maintenance and quick and smooth.
