The car I purchased was listed on the Niagara Falls

The car I purchased was listed on the Niagara Falls dealership site. When I went there I was told that it was at the Cheektowga site. I asked for it to be sent to the Falls site but was told that it was a loaner and could not be transferred. Because I liked the price and color I went to the ckga site, a 40 minute drive. I liked what I saw and eventually bought it.Now if there is any problem I feel abite uncomfortable bringing it to the NF site. I feel all of this could have been avoided. Also there was some type of $150 value useimg an app that I now might be interested in .

Called at 8:00 am to verify inventory and then drove off

Called at 8:00 am to verify inventory and then drove off the lot with a great deal and financing 1.5 hours after arriving mid-afternoon

BASIL Ford, they have been consistent in customer service

BASIL Ford, they have been consistent in customer service for all 10 years I've shopped there. After a call to Mike he was ready to help when I arrived. I don't waste time at other dealerships. They had my car on the road the next day. Yes, this is my "go to" place. Thank you, Annie

Went in for brake pads and wheel alignment ended.

Went in for brake pads and wheel alignment ended. What I thought was going to be a simple fix resulted in a $3000 repair bill. Brake warranty was not honored and recall work was never completed

Took truck in for 1st oil xhange at quick lane ,told me

Took truck in for 1st oil xhange at quick lane ,told me 2.5 hrs to wait so i had to call for a ride. Thing is i called to make appt and they told me they wouldnt take appt for oil change and tire rotation. Ive had better service .

Basil service has been great to me.

Basil service has been great to me. I have bought quite a few cars from them. Any time I need service they go out of their way to make sure everything that is needed is done right the first time. Could not recommend higher!

Basil has been a nightmare I have a 2018 equinox high mileage they won't fix it I bought it endurance service plan I had to pay $1,600 out of $1600 plus the car note it's a nightmare
