Took my car in for a front alignment . I was told my car has negative camber . The mechanic came over and told me that the strut must be replaced. I could do one or both which is recommended . Cost $827.00. A 2010 Doesn't have a camber adjustment. TSB(Technical Service Bulletin ) tells the dealer service dept. how to diagnose an alignment problem and use certain specifically sized control arms to correct the camber problem . This isn't your typical strut it has a upper and lower control arm. Thus the strut is nothing more than a spring and a shock absorber. I would have spent $827.00 and the problem with the car would not have been resolved. So is the mechanic ASE certified ? I spent $113.00 for a alignment for which I received nothing .

Kay is always pleasant & helpful communication
Recently, Maynard Heger handled a collision claim, quickly....appreciated his communication w/me on the status of the repair. While we waited for the parts to come in, he was able to get the damaged car over to the Service Dept. to complete 45,000 mile service checklist....saving me from having to come back to handle this task. Good use of saving time.

Griffin's got it!
Helpful and friendly staff (sales and service center). Made me feel at home and not pressured to buy something I didn't need or want.They even came and picked me up at my apartment in the car I wanted to buy and took me back to the dealership to make the transaction.

Service Department always meets expectations
Whenever we bring our car for oil change or repair, the Service Dept. always meets our needs whether it is a brief service call where we can wait in the lounge or if it is extended service by providing us with a loaner car. We have always had exceptional service and appreciate the staff. They answer our questions and keep us informed of what is happening. We will continue to use this dealership for purchasing a vehicle and to have all of our vehicles serviced.
