I would highly recommend this dealership for their focus on customer service and creating a comfortable, easy approach to buying a car. We found a used car on line and called to get more information. Our sales person Dino was very knowledgable and went over all of the details on the car before we arrived as we were coming 2 hours away. He went above and beyond to help me know exactly what we were getting.Upon arrival, the car was pulled up and ready for us to look at it and test drive. The sales manager Mario Ciciliot was wonderful in working with us to give us a great deal on the SUV we bought. He even helped us find a travel trailer which we had mentioned we were considering. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The entire staff was friendly, warm, and make our experience the best we have ever had!

All my dealings with Hirnings has been very satisfactory. New Years Eve I was stranded and Brent came to my rescue! I then decided to purchase a different vehicle. Kenneth was my sales person and was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in all our dealings. It was a used vehicle and as with all used things little things have come up, but Hirnings has stood behind their product and the service department has taken care of everything.

They vacuumed my Adadia and washed my Acadia. They changed my oil.
