Hirning Buick GMC

My experience with Hirning Buick GMC was outstanding. Adrian met/greeted us and quickly took us to the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive. After getting back to the dealership, we negotiated the out the door price of the 2025 GMC Sierra 3500HD. I very much appreciated the open honesty and low pressure for optional add-ons. Jared was our finance manager and he was a rock star even though I brought my own financing to the deal. That was the fastest I've ever been through completing paperwork (~20 minutes). My wife and I appreciate the customer experience and friendly personnel at Hirning Buick GMC and plan to return to Hirning for our future vehicle purchases.

As a business customer, dealership does not accept Purchase Order. We must abide by the PO terms in the future which is a legal binding contract. Unfortunately, if Hirning will not accept a Purchase Order we will no longer be able to provide check on delivery.

This was a white glove delivery. They did a fantastic job from start to finish with excellent communication along the way.

On 11/08/24 we had our 2015 GMC One ton towed in to Hirning GMC at midnight and left in yard. We were out of town and did not know were to go .The next morning I called at 9;00 to check on truck and I was told they already had truck started and were charging battery. They sent a courtesy car to pick us up at hotel. We asked for bill when we got to dealership and they said there was no charge because they did not do anything. After all that they helped me hook up fifth wheel trailer and sent me on my way. You are very fortunate to have such a nice dealership in your town.

Truck was due for a service and tire rotation. Worked the appt into my somewhat tight schedule. Was completed in the time promised and they provided me a loaner to run perform an errand while I waited. Everything was perfect.

The team made the process so easy and I am extremely happy with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a different vehicle.
