Fast , friendly service?

Fast , friendly service?2x ago I brought my remote because it didn?t work. They changed the battery but the problem was the remote, so they should have further checked it the first time

The friendliest dealership

I have never had a bad experience at Simms, from the owners to their salespeople, to the repair shop and the guys changing the oil, they are all top notch!

Everyone is friendly, they don?t treat you like you don?t know what you?re talking about in thr service dept. When getting a new car, Richard centilli never tries to sell me something I don?t want or need, getting the best deal possible. He makes sure he goes over all the bells & whistles in the car before you even think of leaving. I give them all ??????????!

I came in Friday to get a bulb in my cars headlight.

I came in Friday to get a bulb in my cars headlight. I was dealing with Chad. He told me that the service man went out to lunch. I rescheduled for Monday (Feb 5), in the morning. As I was heading to my car to leave, Amber (one of the drivers), shouted out that the service guy just went out tj get lunch. I was already told he went for lunch. The conversation had nothing to do with her. She talked out of turn. I did not appreciate that. Amber didn't need to say anything. It had nothing to do with her.

Simms lied to me

Sold me a car with a blown transmission and said it’s sold as is so I’m stuck making payments on a car that doesn’t run, I asked to return it the same day and they refused to. Thank you mr simms

Dick Centilli and Simms Chevrolet of Clio Michigan
