I scheduled for rear brake change and to have a recall part done. They said the recall part did not arrive yet. I just wish I would have known that the recall part did not yet arrived. Now I will have to come back a second time to have that done.

Kind of slow. Had to wait quite a while. Had to replace lug nuts and that is another issue. No way they should have been bad. Defective by ford.

PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE THEY CHARGRED ME $270.00 FOR LESS THAN 1 HR OF WORK. IT DID NOT TAKE MORE THAN AN HR TO DIAGNOSE AND SPLICE TWO WIRES TOGETHER SO I JUST WONDER HOW YOU JUSTIFY CHARGING SO MUCH.
