2023 Escape ST line

My salesperson, Pete Shearer, made the purchasing process so easy. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very thorough. A pleasure from order to picking up my new vehicle. Barber Ford always makes me feel welcome and eager to make my experience a great one. I have purchased many new vehicles from Barber Ford and will continue. Their service department is the best! Pete is my salesperson of choice!

Repair took way too long to complete.

Repair took way too long to complete. Wasn't keep up to date on repair. Labor for job was way high for the job being done.

They worked me in at a very busy time. The job was completed earlier than I expected. EVERYONE was polite, professional and great to work with. If I need to buy a car, the service I receive will play a role in my decision.

This review is for service. Since they forgot to do things I asked for over my last 2 service visits, I question whether my oil really got changed, or my tires got rotated. And when we picked up the car, the paperwork could not be found.

Dropped off vehicle for an oil change and never received

Dropped off vehicle for an oil change and never received a call that it was finished. I sent the service coordinater a text, no response. Finally called the dealership and the response was, "yes, it's been done for a while." Would have been nice to get a call once it was done!! Went to pick it up and it took FOREVER!! Forever to be waited on, then forever for the gentleman to find my vehicle. Ultimately I had to walk around multiple parking lots to find the truck. Might try another Ford dealer for the next service, even if it means a longer drive.
