My husband and I went to lol at cars. After I found a car I liked I was allowed to drive it home and test it for 2 days. Mike was in constant contact with my husband about what was going on and worked with Steve in the finance dept to get us the best deal. After purchasing the car Mike met us at the gas station and filled our car up!! I highly recommend Randy Wise! Top notch customer service and a great deal on cars also!!

I needed a reliable car fast, but due to the nature of my situation, I wasn't looking to break the bank. Mike Gabler really understood my predicament, and together with Nick, they helped me work out a great deal on a used Envoy. Mike was super patient (the whole process took about a week), understanding and always available if I had any concerns. I brought my GMC Yukon to Randy Wise Buick GMC for some collision repair. I have my Yukon serviced here, so it was no surprise how efficient, thorough, and friendly the representatives were that helped me out and made the experience one that was smooth and quick. Kenny was great in expediting the process and even went above and beyond by finding me a "C" that had been missing from my "GMC" front grill logo. I really appreciated the extra effort.

The Wise collision center did a great job repairing my Ford Escape. They provided a new loaner for the duration of only 4 days to do the repairs. The car looked like new when picked up, it had been washed and the interior had been cleaned. Good job, and very nice professional people to deal with. They had been referred by my insurance company and certainly showed why. Ken Paulson was very nice to deal with.

I've been to Randy Wise Buick twice now, and have been very satisfied. My only complaint isn't with Randy Wise Buick, but with the Ford store in Ortonville. The car I got came from there, and they didn't clean it very well before delivering it. However, Randy Wise Buick is taking care of it, and I can trust they will do a great job. Overall, the Buick staff is phenomenal, and JJ is the best in the business.
