I will never go back to this dealership ever again in my life or let any family members or friends colleagues. Anything of mine ever go to this dealership I had a car picked out started the paperwork salesman. I asked him if I should put money down till I come and finish the paperwork he said no there’s no reason to the car is yours. I said OK stayed in touch with him the day before my appointment the day of my appointment in an hour before my appointment went there to finish the paperwork to take my car home. I see another gentleman driving the vehicle that I’m about to purchase told it to the salesman he went and told art art was like well. He’s test driving it and he has first Choice if he wants it or not even though I started the paperwork already on this car and the salesman definitely told me no I didn’t need to put no money to hold it so as I’m sitting there finishing the paperwork to buy the car the other gentleman decides he wants the car and I lost the car that I wanted and now I can’t find the vehicle nowhere and I’ve been stuck in the rental now for a week out of my pocket because they decided to sell the vehicle I wanted to somebody else because he said he also had history with him buying four cars from him. I said me too, and he was like yes I understand that, but he chose to give it to the other gentleman which I think there was some funny business that took place but the place is very sketchy. I would be very careful if you purchase from them

I can't explain how happy I am with Wedekind Motors. Art & Felice are so professional, congenial and very easy to deal with. Every thing I've asked them for they reply "we will take care of it." Thanks guys.

Wedekind lied to me about what they sold me, I will not be going back and am not happy with my experience. When I put a down payment on this car they told me the engine had to be replaced but they'd have proof where it came from and the miles on it. I was told 40-50k would be on the engine going in the vehicle and I didnt mind because it was less than the body of the car. They failed to provide the proper paperwork and because the process was rushed I didnt notice they didnt give me paperwork that showed mileage on the new engine, which was 70k. They also sold me the car with safety recalls that have killed other people, they lost the spare key and tried to charge me to replace itand said they were there to help me with any issues. I emailed the man who sold this car to me expressing these issues and got no response. I was told they'd be there to help with any issues, but instead was lied to about what I was buying. Highly recommend avoiding Wedekind Motors.

Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

No pushy sales people, it was a pleasure buying my car there. Felice is kind and truly passionate about making sure you're happy with your car and experience there. Highly recommend!

We looked at a used 2015 Camry with 42,000 miles, found on the website. When we test drove we smelled smoke and the salesman said he would eliminate the smoke overnite and he did!! They let us take the car to our mechanic who pronounced in excellent shape. (A local giant dealer would not permit us.) The physical plant looked its age, the place is 100 years old. But I learned from the nearby giant dealership that looks are just looks. Our salesman and manager were just real people and trustworthy. For example we were shown 2 separate service agreements and the less expensive one was suggested. This is a home town place and we will come back for our next car.

Great customer service and sales attitude - not pushy and we felt that we were really taken care of. We will visit Wedekind for our next car purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about Wedekind. Felice went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase of a beautiful 2010 Kia Forte. During the test drive, my husband and I noticed that the clutch seemed to be grabbing too early. Felice made sure that the repair shop at Wedekind would address the issue. Much to our pleasure, we found the clutch operating perfectly when we returned to bring the car home. Everything about the entire transaction went smoothly. All staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I want to extend a special thank you to Felice for his extraordinary desire to make sure his customers are happy.

I counted on the previous reviews when first going into this dealership. I am very happy to say that I will be continuing my business with Wedekind! The day I went in to meet with salesman Felice, him and the rest of his team were a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Everyone in the facility worked as hard as they could to make sure I left in a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. What only made it better is that it was the exact car I wanted and they worked with me on the payments to get me where I wanted to be. I would and do recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
