Beware of their online pricing! This dealership is extremely shady! I contacted them about a listing on cars.com and they quoted me a price that is twelve thousand more. This was because I'm not related to a Ford Employee. That’s either bait and switch or false advertising (or both). I wish I could give 0 stars.

I inquired about the advertised vehicle, and they responded that it was a sold special order and therefore not available. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT AS AVAILABLE. Bait and switch-they had it listed at the lowest price in the search.

Bought a car with a warranty. After 2 visits and over a month. No clue what’s wrong. Still not fixed. Than got lowballed on trade in. No communication from the dealerships Zero stars

Call’s not returned. Appointments too long in future. Warranty work done ok but other work apparently not wanted. Feel like I’m being ignored. Especially since I’ve had a very long standing relationship with this dealer.

I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle service needs. I took my Ford Escape in for the works oil change. The service personnel I met when I came in the door were very friendly and helpful. The service technician took real good care of my Ford and did the job in about 35 minutes. The service manager was very thorough and in explaining what was done and what to look for in the future. Thank you so much for your service. I will be back for any service needs.

Had my vehicle multiple times for extended periods (sometimes 1 month+!!) and did not resolve issue.
