Had a few bad experiences in the past, but I had an issue with my car and they were able to find the problem and make me an appointment. Very friendly service.

Honestly I would say that Audi Albany sales team is pure xxxx! They are not reasonable price and their excuse Audi is best! News flash guys every dealer says that side every car! And if it was the best why were Q3 sales half of Mercedes. It was never about money to me but give ur customers respect and work with them

Never again! They just charged my husband $680.00 for an inspection and oil change. Although he only checked inspection and oil change when he made his appointment online he was advised he needed a "35,000 mile service" which apparently equates to $470.00 in labor to change spark plugs and the oil. Oh wait, they lubricated the door handles as well. Huge loss for them.

Excellent service was given from the very start! I worked with Stephen Clark, initially for a test drive which led into a purchase of a new vehicle. It took less than a week (I live out of the area) for the trade-in and purchase to take place. It was a quick and easy process. I appreciated Stephen taking the time to walk me through the new features of my car. I highly recommend working with this kind and professional salesman.

7/25/20 looked at 13 Audi A4 listed & priced for premium plus. It was filthy and clearly not a operable as the front was making loud clicking and no ac working. Spoke to Rik GM whom assured he would”make this right” nothing to date has happened. This dealership was rather cold to us in the start of our interaction walking in. They had not welcomed us and when asking to speak to manager about the condition of car and the disengagement of the staff with us we weren’t brought into a room to discuss, rather in the open area with other buyers(many others in rooms) reached out to auditalk and this is useless as well. Don’t go to this dealer if you expect high service and quality. We ended up at Keeler BMW. Since I’ve dealt with them for my Benz and Honda’s I knew what to expect and got much more than expected! This is a failed “HIGH END” dealership. Buyer beware!

I love the people here. Ive been servicing my late model A6 here for over a year and a half. In that time, the care and service they give is stellar. My car is always returned looking better than when I brought it in, the service people, I have dealt with Angie and John, are honest and trustworthy. The cashier is super friendly as wellI just love these people! Im looking at getting another Audi soon and have begun talking to Joe. He is super helpful and honest. He definitely looks out for the customers best interest. The reason why I will go backcustomer service, hands down. Thank you, Albany Audi!
