A-1 Scheduled Service

Service Department was very busy! Everyone was hustling to complete my service within time specified. It was good to see Doug Stanley (GM), Marty in sales and a busy Leanne. Sheri Hopkins was also helpful!

They get the job done

This dealership has gone above and beyond for me in the past few weeks. They had the car for two days trying to resolve an issue causing the theft protection to be activated. The issue was related to an aftermarket radar system installed by the previous owner...I purchased the car from them as a CPO vehicle and was told it should have been removed before the sale so there was no charge. Two weeks later, three days before we were leaving for a road trip, the engine light came on. I was able to schedule the car the day before we were leaving. Turned out the PCV valve malfunctioned. It was replaced that day, under the powertrain warranty no less.

Excellent!!!

Plamen Dimitrov could not make leasing a vehicle any easier. In less than 24 hours our new Mercedes was sitting in our driveway. All it took was a few text messages and a couple of emails exchanged. Extremely easy, simple, stress free!! This is our sixth Mercedes and each time it gets easier. Thank you Plamen!!

Great service department

Service advisor Sherry communicates very well and is always pleasant to deal with. Services are usually performed quickly and I always know where my vehicle is in the repair process as the service advisor updates me frequently. Sales Advisor Shannon Thompson is top notch! She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is very professional.
