bought a new car at Goldstein Buick

Salesman Cody at Goldstein Buick on Central Avenue, Albany, was very helpful and patient in helping find the right new car for me. He also followed up in a couple days to make sure everything was fine. I loved the customer orientation session for new owners where you get to meet the staff at Goldstein including the service staff. Excellent idea.

Great experience

Great experience .. kept my 3yr old daughter happy with tv and snacks.. service was great had a vibration and took truck back next day and they had it fixed with in 4 hours... awesome people to deal with would recommend to anybody trying to buy new or used car...

Buyer

Tyler Hess did an outstanding job working with me. He was very attentive to my requests regarding the key items I was looking for in a car. I would highly recommend him to someone coming in to discuss purchasing a vehicle. He takes time to understand your needs and was never pushy in the process. He was very receptive and willing to go the extra to insure the process was a good experience.

Better experience than I expected.

My experience overall was a more positive one than I'm used to. The sales and service reps that I dealt with were fast without being pushy. They were helpful, and answered all the questions I had in a knowledgeable manner. I was given an amount for my trade in that I know was more than fair, not to mention more than I expected. When dealing with their rep from the finance dept. he was very thorough in explaining all of the warranty options I could choose from. He helped me choose the right option for me without trying to talk me into paying more for something I didn't need or want. I would certainly go back when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

New vehicle purchase

My Experience with Eli Pasamonte and the sales staff was excellent. Walked in 7:00 PM, on a Tuesday, made a deal and picked up my new Sierra Denali Thursday noon. I would recommend Goldstein to anyone. MY only issue is that employees should not be allowed to smoke in or around the new car pick-up.

New lease

Our salesman, Josh Van Ness, was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, courteous, he gave us plenty of time to either answer our questions or explain what each vehicle has to offer. I wonderful experience.

Walked in knowing what I was looking for; however, I was surprised by some of the rebates and left with a Denali

2nd time and still happy

First off the service department is top of the line, next sales is the best experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle (so I came back for a 2nd buy). Lastly, the detailing service is incredible on my older GMC. Thanks for the new car feel : ) P.S. Yummy popcorn !
