Will never go back. Whoever answers the phones in the collision center (other than Kevin) when checking in on repairs are extremely rude. They don’t call back when they say they will. I have also been informed from a family member who does work on their vehicles outside of the dealership that their technicians don’t do very good work. Go to Lia Nissan instead. Their service is impeccable.

Mark was very wonderful and the rest of the team. They work really hard on helping me pick up my car and working with my trustee for us to get the payment so I can purchase my car right out. There's some minor issues but not too big and I know that I could count on them to be able to get them resolve. So right now I give Nissan dealer a 10 out of 10 for great work
