I traded in my car they were supposed to pay off the load but they send the check and it was short. The car had a lien on it from the bank and they still sold the car. WOW NICE

I hate buying cars and our experience at Szott was the easiest I have ever experienced. We were greeted by Dave Rose and he quickly assessed what we wanted. He was fair, quick, and we never felt pressured. Dave was most pleasant and I would highly recommend him as a salesman. He knew his audience and did exactly what was needed to make a sale!

They did everything and anything to make sure I was approved and able to drive away in something I loved. Words cannot express how grateful I'm to have done business with Glenn and Ron at SZOTT M-59 Dodge. You see I have a handicapped son who uses an electric wheelchair and has to have a handicapped accessible van. Coming home from U of M hospital recently our brakes went out. Time for a new van. Im sitting here in tears because there are some good people out there. I found that to be in Glenn and Ron. I am so grateful for all there help. More than just a costumer. They made us feel like family. Our problem became there problem, they did so much for us in the purchase of our 2014 van. I feel so blessed that they are people of integrity . They helped me find a great used car, for a great price and where very nice and helpful about it. Since this was my first car purchase (I am 20) I was very nervous about what would've happened when buying a car on my own with little credit history and no co signer. But with the help of Hillary, and Rob in the pre-owned department it was alot easier than I would've thought and alot less stressful.

Matt Malmquist was wonderful throughout the whole experience of getting my mothers car repaired. He was very understanding of her situation and kept me informed every step of the way of what was going on with her car. It was repaired quickly, (much sooner than I expected) and the collision crew and everyone else involved did an amazing job. Thank you for making something that could have potentially very stressful so easy!!
