Collision and Service

I have a 2012 Ram truck I have had in both the collision shop and service. I also own a 2005 Sebring in for service. Matthew Malmquist is the best. Easy to work with and his guys do top of the line work. He has always done his best to accommodate us when we brought our truck in. Ralph Ridings in service is the same, always gives good service and work done in a timely manner. Both always professional yet friendly. We wouldn't take our cars ANYWHERE else no matter what we owned.

2017 Jeep Renegade

I have been to several dealerships throughout the years and this is and will always be where I will go to get my vehicles. Everyone that we have met here along the way has been great, they go out of their way to get you into the vehicle you are wanting and to work with you to get you the price that you can afford. This time we had Adam Hurst he went above and beyond for us and John Kennedy was great as well. Thank you Szott Jeep for all of your help. Shelly Rizk

Evap/emissions leak (small leak) 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I had the check engine light come on, called around to try and get it in some place to be looked at. They were the only one to take me in the same day, that's why they get any stars. They said they replaced a sensor but the engine light came back on a week later for the same problem. I took it back in and let them keep it a few days to fix it again. They replaced the capless fuel tank filler neck. This didn't fix the problem either. I was told by the tech that it could be a hundred different things. I took it home and looked at it myself and found a broken evap line connected to the sensor that they said they replaced. I repaired the line myself and no more engine light. I had to pay $100 deductible both times I brought it in and was never shown the parts that they took off my vehicle. I would never recommend this place for repairs. I think they either didn't replace anything or are very incompetent.

The car posted CARS.com was incorrect. The dealership did not even bother to explain why the false advertised the Chrysler Minivan. Dealership did not follow up with my request.

Buyer Bewre

Will not honor their own advertised price on cars.Com Salesman (name witheld) and new vehicle manager (name witheld) ran up purchase price of new Jeep right on day of closing deal. Good luck to any buyer who goes there,sorry I did,will never happen again.May you fare better.

Saved me the most money!!!!!

Christine Jacobs helped us stay in our pay range and get a car we loved. She really helped us out, and didn't try to get us in a car we couldn't afford. I was extremely happy with my experience, and will come back there when my lease is up.

great sales team

I went to 4 other dealers before I got to szott and wish I would of started there . the sales manager Ron was awesome and very honest through the entire process my sales man Robert(rocky) was outstanding , he spent extra time with me to show me the truck and how it worked so if you want to skip the xxxxxxxx sales reps and deal with REAL people then go to szott and be treated to a great sales experience

Fabulous!!!!

I drove passed several dealerships to get to this one. They had the car I wanted and Mark Ninomiya was superb from start to finish. I hadn't financed a car in 20 years and didn't want to, but my circumstances made it inevitable. Mark made it painless, I got the car I wanted, a payment lower than expected, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mark and Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep!!

Silverback service

Kyle went above and beyond to give me excellent service when I dropped off my car to have some work done. He really cares and wants to make sure the customer is happy.
