Great service, honest salesmanship
I have been going to Drum Hill for service and for my cars since about 1985. I have bought all my cars there since that time. This is a great dealership and the service department has been outstanding. Like any place, there are a few rare times when something doesn't go right--and by rare, I mean rare. My new Ford Focus is a great car, but there was a problem with the installed Sirius Satellite Radio that persisted. Jim Oldham, the service manager, who is really great at his job besides being a man I deeply respect, saw me through the problems and ensured that the problem was solved. Also, the actual service department here is outstanding. Over the years I have had many opportunities to experience the results of the work done by these people, and they are just plain GREAT. I recommend this dealership to anyone I meet who is looking for a new car or for Ford car repairs. The men at the service desk are thoughtful, don't treat me "like a woman" in the derogatory sense. They really listen, are patient, and excellent at doing their jobs. Ditto for the mechanics and the people who sometimes ride with me in order to analyze a problem. They are brilliant!!

Friendly and Pleasant Experience
I had an awesome experience working with Drum Hill Ford. Craig was a patient and engaging salesperson. Despite me coming back a number of times trying to come to a decision, Craig always greeted me with a smile and never pressured me to close. It was also impressive when Bernie (the owner) came out just to say hello.

Ford Fiesta, 2015
My only complaint, which I have made previously over the past thousand years during which I have been dealing with Drum Hill Ford, is that you no longer give the car a tertiary cleaning inside the passenger area after service as once you did. Would be a big help to an old lady like me.
