I bought my car here and had a great experience and the
I bought my car here and had a great experience and the service was really good until a couple of years ago. They up sell services that are not really needed, the car manual tells you when to get certain things done but the service person says you need it thousands of miles before you really do.You go in for an oil change and they tell you you need several other things. Recently I was told I needed an alignment when they had just done one a couple of months ago. A few months ago I was told I needed a coolant flush when one had been done 3 months prior. So now I'm wondering if they are actually performing the servics I am paying for. This has meant i only use them if I absolutely have to as my trust level with the service dept. Is low.
