Over the last couple of years, I have purchased cars at various Chambers dealerships, from BMW in Sudbury, to Porsche in Boston, and now at Chevrolet in Danvers. Let me start by saying that this was the best experience I have had at a car dealership since I started buying cars, and I buy new vehicles often. My first exposure to the dealership was with Brian Dumont on the phone. He was extremely patient, not pressuring, and easy going. I called a couple of Chevy dealerships, but it was his good nature that brought me into this dealership first. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Brian and introduced to Corey Stewart. Corey is incredibly friendly, easy going, and patient. He was the absolute best sales person I have worked with. He valued my time and did not put pressure on me in any way. He offered help when needed and allowed me to take my time. He also hustled through the entire process and I cannot thank him enough for that. Corey is a great guy. After negotiations were complete, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and the great experience continued. He did a great job getting our paperwork complete in record time, while still taking time to explain everything and never make us feel unimportant. I was in a rush because I had to make a train and the whole team completely respected that and acted accordingly. Bobby then came over and chatted with my wife and I while he had some downtime. I ask a lot of questions, and I mean a lot. All 3 of these guys remained patient and helpful the entire time. Corey, Brian, and Bobby all deserve accolades for their phenomenal service. As I mentioned before, I bought a car at Porsche in Boston in September, a truck at Toyota of Boston in 2012, and a BMW in Sudbury in 2011. I have referred a handful of people to the Honda dealer in Boston. With all of this, these guys stood out as being the best. You have an awesome team here and I generate a lot of referrals because friends often come to me with car buying questions. If anyone needs a Chevy, this is where I will direct them, and these guys are who I will direct them to. Thanks to Brian, Corey and Bobby!

Due to an accident, my spouse and I found ourselves looking for a vehicle. We went to Herb Chambers Danvers based on a recommendation and we were overly happy about our experience. Our sales rep, Greg O. was amazing. He made the process simple, he explained every scenario and focus on our wants and needs, immediate and long term. We were there for less than 20 minutes when we were shown the perfect vehicle. Size, color, price and extras we were not even looking for but realized we cant live without. A day later, were picked it up. The packages were not only reasonable, but really a gift. And how can you not protect your new investment? Herb Chambers made all of this possible for us and we are so very happy with the service provided. Fortunately, we have not needed the service department, but I feel this same recommendation would apply. Everyone at this location was super friendly, helpful and well....happy! Highly recommend..!

The sales team does not pressure you at all. very respectful and really listens to all of you needs and concerns - no matter how trivial. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Corey Stewart and Bobby Haddad, the dynamic duo. They service department sems genuine and did not make me feel as though I was being sold on services that were unnecissary. I was advised of which coupons were available to use and the crew took the time to vacuum and wash my vehicle after my oil change.

Herb Chambers Chevrolet has provided the best sales experience I have had in my 30 years of buying autos. I have been a BMW customer for many years. But, the new Corvette design blew me away. Leaving a great experience at BMW wasnt easy. But, Herb Chambers Chevy made it very easy. They had a number to choose from. I found the one for me. We made a fair deal for the whole transaction (my trade and purchase price of the Vette). The salesperson, Joseph Albert, and sales manger, Corey Upton, were great. None of the usual selling nonsense of back & forth. No high pressure. Very congenial and as mentioned we all got to a good number. The business manager, John Doucette, was outstanding. One usually gets a shakedown from dealership business managers. Not so with John. He was very balanced on the pluses and minuses of various dealer options. Also, he was outstanding at getting me the best financing to meet my needs. And simply a pleasant guy to work with. I also met the service director, Walter Pollok. I had my best BMW relationship with the service manager. Walter was very gracious about the importance of service and understood my prior experience was top shelf. I feel great that he and his team will provide great service. The best example of how great the team at Herb Chambers Chevy has been is when I forgot my license and credit card. John called me and let me know he had them. I told him I was getting on a plane soon and couldn't get up and back in time. He knew they were important to me even though I said I would get them after the trip. John asked Paul Blanchette to run them to me ASAP. Happy to say Paul arrived 10 min before the taxi came to bring me to the airport. Unbelievable. And i really did want them for my trip. I feel they provide this level of care to all their customers. I am so happy about my purchase with Herb Chambers Chevy! Thanks Joe, Corey, John, Walter and Paul for the great experience!!!!

So let me start by saying, I wouldn't really consider...
So let me start by saying, I wouldn't really consider myself a "car person" I used to be “if-the-price-is-right-and-it-goes-great” kind of girl. But this sales team has changed my attitude completely. They treat us so good, I won't go any place else. I love the guys at dealership! It all started about 7 or 8 years ago my husband bought a Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually truck. The sale was fine and the service was great. I once took it in to get an inspection for him and they found a problem that was more complicated than a quick fix... instead of making me wait or come back they sent me home in a complimentary rental. Turns out it was something my husband did but they fixed it free of charge because it was under warranty. A couple years later, my husband who is a contractor started working in Boston and the dually was difficult to find parking for. We went in - just to look and met Corey Stuart. He helped find the truck my husband wanted and then we met Corey Upton. Corey U. gave us such a great deal on price, we ended up trading the dually that day for a smaller Silverado. At the time we were starting to think about a new car for me. I told Corey S. I wanted a Subaru Outback. He laughed but said if an Outback is what I wanted when I was ready he’d find one for me. We are now on our 5th purchase with them and have Corey S. on the lookout for another. My husband has added trucks and vans to his company and Corey S. has been on top of finding him the type he needs. When it came time for me to get a new car Corey S. had all the patience in the world. He must have taken me out in just about every car they had on their lot, and even brought a couple in from a few of their other locations before I landed in my Outback! We initially started at Subaru but they were total jerks so we went back to Corey S. and told him to find me an Outback. Not only did he find me a used one that was practically brand new, their price was better than an equivalent from Subaru! All these years later we've received noting nothing but extraordinary service on all fronts. The night we picked up our most recent purchase, (my Outback) a guy waiting in the lobby asked, "Why are you buying a Subaru at a Chevy dealership?" My answer - "Because I won't go to any other sales team. These guys are the best and we trust them." They really take care of you. The Corey's have a great sense of humor but are also very professional when it comes down to it. Corey S. finds the vehicles we want, Corey U. works on the pricing for us and Bobby takes my husbands “abuse” (for lack of a better term) with a grain of salt during the paperwork process. Part of what stands out about this team is many of them have been there a long time. Some of the sales guys have been there 10 years. By todays standards that’s almost unheard of. Whenever we go in for anything whether Corey is there or not, we are pleasantly greeted by whoever is. Herb Chambers, the guy who owns the company should be very proud to have these guys representing him. Seriously we couldn't be happier. Thank you Corey S. and team!

I went into Herb Chambers as a recommendation from a friend of mine. I really wasn't too sure what to expect given my difficult situation. When I walked in the front door I was greeted my a very nice gentleman named Lorne. We sat down I explained my situation and he assured me I came to the right place. Honestly I just thought he was being a typical sales man. But now I know he was only telling the truth, I had come to the right place and between Mr Keplar and Mr Doucette they got the job done! I couldn't be more happy with my service and everything they helped me with! I would highly recommend this dealership along with these two amazing men! I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Chevy sonic!

Disappointed
So, I recently brought my truck there for a repair. Prior to that, I called several times to find out certain information like, approximate cost, and length of time to repair. Each time I called, someone gave me different information and did not want to give me a ball park figure over the phone or wasn't sure how long it would take to get fixed. In any case, After my third call, was told that I should be all set. As suggested by them, took half of the day off from work to get this repair. I asked if I could get a ride back to work so I didn't have to wait. They said they don't have that service. I go on at 8:30 and at almost 11, I was told that they didn't have the part and they would need to order it. I would then need to make another appointment for next week. While hearing this, all I could do was smile, but I was very disappointed. Just then, I saw the dealer who sold me his car. He remembered my name and was very nice. He said, when did you get here. I said 8. He said, why didn't they give you a ride back to work. Again, I smiled but was even more disappointed because over the phone I was told they didn't offer that service. Right then, I heard one of the employees say, can you please give this guy a ride to work. I looked up and he was talking about someone else. Well, I do plan on going back but my experience was very disappointing. Did I say that already?

Positive Experience
Recently bought 2014 Chev Cruz. It was a rush situation for us but both John Doucette and Lorne Keplar made it a positive pleasant experience. John and Lorne we a great team and helped us get the vehicle we needed and put financing in place quickly. Everyone at the dealership seemed very friendly and the place was spotless out front and in the repair shop area. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Going into the dealership I knew my situation was going to be tough. When I walked in I was greeted by mr Keplar. We sat down and I explained my situation. He assured me I had come to the best place, And to my surprise he was right! Between Mr Keplar and Mr Doucette they got the job done! They explained everything fully and gave me a lot of great information! I couldn't be happier to have dealt with these two gentlemen, I am so thankful for all the time and effort they spent to get me in the car I wanted! I will be telling all my friends about my fantastic experience and when it's time to get a new car (in 10 years) I know where to go! Thank you so much guys I couldn't be more appreciative!
