Great experience

We had a wonderful experience at Mark Chevrolet. Trish and Lauren both went out of their way for our family when purchasing our vechile . We would definetly refer them to others.

Another Quality Experience at Mark Chevrolet

I just picked up my new Silverado a couple weeks ago and this is the third vehicle that I have Purchased/Leased from Trish at Mark Chevrolet. It is always a very good experience when I go see Trish for a new vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Vehicle.

Great Experience

Im very statisfied with my new Silverado lease purchase from sales rep Trish. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my first lease experience. The process was a quick one. I hope to be a part of the Mark Chevrolet family for long time

Great Experience

From the moment I waked in the door I felt very comfertabe ,no preasure ,Trish and her whole team went out of thier way to find me the car and the price I was looking for. I will definetly recamend Mark Chevrolet and Trish to all my friends and family. Great experance from start to to close of deal.

awsome experience

Went to other dealerships before mark chevorlet no one wanted to work with me went to mark chevorlet found a truck had multiple people come up an help me no one tried to take business from another sales person they all work as a group found the truck I wanted an they worked hard for 4 days to make it work with me an where I needed to be to get into the new truck this is the 4th car from mark chevorlet an I will keep going g back

Auto body repair

I was very pleased with my entire experience at Mark Chevrolet! From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate to the completion of the work I felt like I was treated with kindness, respect and helpfulness. They answered all of my questions and helped through the entire process of an insurance claim. When I picked up my car I was amazed with the work they did. I was also very surprised and happy to see that they took the time to clean up the inside and outside of the entire vehicle! It was like I was driving off of the lot with a brand new car again!

Warranty Work

I recently had to have two recalls completed on my 2012 Traverse and took it to Mark Chevrolet for the work. I chose Mark Chev because of the outstanding customer service I had experienced in the past. This visit was no different. When making the appointment, Amanda in the service department went above & beyond to work around a busy schedule I had. Once my vehicle was taken in, the repair work, along with an oil change was completed quickly. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was promptly greeted and was in and out quickly. I will return to Mark Chev for all my service needs in the future. While I have several dealerships within a 5 mile radius, the extra drive is worth the outstanding service. Great job, keep up the great work!

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO GIVE RICK, THE SERVICE MANAGER A GOOD REVIEW DUE TO HIM HAVING A VERY PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE TOWARD YOUR PROBLEMS AND TAKING HIS TIME OUT TO CHECK EVERYTHING OUT TO MAKE SURE IT IS TO THE LIKING OF THE CUSTOMER. THANKS RICK!

great at selling you a car, Lousey at service after the sale

Ready to take your money. forget lifetime value of a customer. good at trying to get your money. Well l after 3 vehicles and the last lemon Chevrolet equinox never again will I step foot in Mark Chevrolet.

Dealer response

Lucendia, as mentioned to you before, you did not even allow us to inspect your vehicle. You were told it might not be covered under warranty but we would do EVERYTHING in our power to help you but we need to inspect and diagnose the exact problem. You would NOT allow us to inspect your vehicle and only wanted GM's phone number. We can't help if you don't allow us to try. It's very confusing as to how you can say these VERY UNTRUE things about our dealership when you would not even allow us to try and help you. GM makes the decision if they will cover something that is recently out of warranty. A lot of time they will cover something out of 'good will.' We are the middle men trying to make each customer happy. We're very sorry that you took this approach as we most definitely could have resolved the problem.

Bought a used car. they were vary helpful, and gave me a great deal!
