This Has to be The Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with! I ordered a 2025 s.u. v. they told me 1-2 months ok after 3 months I called and left a message to inquire about my car(because they never have a salesperson answer your call) they finally call me back the next day and tell me my car wasn't ordered because of some lame excuse and I should come up and get my deposit back. I told them I wanted my car not my deposit back. I believe it was due to the price of my 2022 had dropped in value and they didn't want to honor it and to top iy off The Salesman said to me to come up and get my deposit and hung up on me a complete turn around opposed to when I went in to purchase the car I trade my cars in for a new one every 2/3 years

I had a good buying experience going to Liberty to look
I had a good buying experience going to Liberty to look at the used VW CC I had seen online. I was going out that day to test drive the blue CC Liberty had and another black one at another dealership but this car I was a nice well taken care of that drove well, looked sharp and priced right as was the other black CC at the other dealership so I decided to buy it and not even bother looking at the other CC as I had planned to. I tell Ron lets write it up, I like it and I have the cash. Everything was going good but I have to meet with the boss, Why? I have cash at home, I'll be right back, write it up. well the boss explains to me their 30 day warranty BUT I should buy CarShield Platinum extended warranty for $2960 to be safe, "It is a Used Car After All" And Right He Was because 2 months and 900 miles later the Transmission is whining like the Turbo on a Kenworth so I call CarShield like Ice-T says on TV "I'm Covered" But I find out Liberty took the $2960 and DiD NOT activate the CarShield Platinum Protection as written up and paid for but CarShield said I could buy into that Platinum protection plan for $115 a month, will that be Mastercard or AmEx? I have tried to call Ron at Liberty, never available for some reason or that big guy Boss who wrote up the $2960 Carshield Platinum Plan? Word to the next unsuspecting customer that sees a good deal advertised online for Liberty Chevrolet Just say NO THANKS to any extended warranty that was $3,000 out the window and then there's the actuation fee $795 like its a lease, LOL, then there's an Administration Fee $459 so Figure in a good price for the car gets you in the show room, Ron was a nice enough "Sales Man" but the $4,114 xx fees & fraudulent CarShield Platinum plan that was never Authorized or ever existed is just plan Grand Larceny and they know or they would at least call me back and or see if they could fix my transmission's annoying Jet Engine Noise? Something?

1st they screwed me out of a 1500$ warrenty that ran same
1st they screwed me out of a 1500$ warrenty that ran same time as pre certified.Lied to face about that. 5xs had car min of 3 days.No loner, or replacement of part.Now not giving me my deposit on new almost purchased car. Disabled veteran 90%.Very limited income.reported to channel 5 consumer. Lady who answers/helps with online business polite while underneath her tone she's saying f***y**. Would crawl before recommending them. 2 cars purchased from this dealership. Not so much as a key battery again. Worst dealership. Childish to keep screwing with me. Disabled Veterans live on very very tight budget. Salesman Joe. Nice guy/typical car salesman nice. GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. MAYBE A LITTLE BIT HARSH ON JOE.

Joe Kerr was my salesman for a used vehicle I purchased and he met all expectations in getting it ready for me in a timely manner. I was stressed and in a 'time" crunch to get a vehicle and with his professionalism, knowledge and humor. If I could leave - stars I would.
If I could leave - stars I would..!! After being a customer for over 20 years I'm done with this dealership. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they don't rotate the tires so I learned to mark the two front tires with chalk. When I pick up the truck that's the first thing I look for. The last occasion I went in for a L.O.F., they didn't rotate the tires, didn't grease the tie rod ends. I went back inside to talk with the service manager and he all but called me a liar when I said they skipped these two service items. When got him off his xxx to take a look at the truck, it took about 45 minutes to get it back inside to correct the issues. He made no effort what so ever to appologize for the lack of attention to the service. I requested on three occasions to talk with the general manager but he would not see or talk with me. Be VERY, VERY careful if you bring your vehicle in for service. I have move on to having my trucks serivced at Albrecht GMC in Wakefield. New customers receive a free L.O.F. Have been there twice and they are professionals. Liberty Chevrolet is in the BUSH League compared to Albrecht GMC. General Motors Regional Offices should take a hard look at how Liberty Chevrolet operates.
