Do Not Buy from these people.

Do Not Buy from these people. Sold me a lemon. Dishonest. Have had it for 2 weeks. Needs Multiple repairs Starter went out on day 2. Shop said $1400 to repair. Now it is making noise from the front end. i have had the truck for 3 weeks. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this dealership.

Bought 2012 Ram 1500, got 2 year warranty right had

Bought 2012 Ram 1500, got 2 year warranty right had vehicle for just under a year and head gasket blown called warranty place just over my mileage ended up paying 5000 to have to replace heads, camshaft lifters heater core radiator cuz mechanic found someone used head gasket stop leak in engine! Still owe over 12000 on vehicle plus added 5000 grand on top! Deery wouldn’t do nuthing never returned phone calls emails anything! Anyone asks me about car dealership I’ll tell them to find better place to go disappointing at best! Couldn’t give no star rating

TRASH service

Sold me a car with extensive engine damage. Had the vehicle 4 months, took it to Deery for all my maintenance. after $113 "diagnosis fee" and 30 mins, they noticed the vehicle they had just sold me had "the most common problem these have". ....guess they didnt think to check for the most common problem before they sold it too me but it was their first check when i brought it in. suspicious... they quoted me at nearly $1000 more than my CF mechanic. 0 help from Dan Deery, transfered from sales to service to sales etc. Manager told me "I don't have a crystal ball" but their mechanic knows "most of these have engine damage". All around I found their customer service trash, they were unwilling to come down on the labor price (which was significantly higher than anywhere I checked in town) and made it very difficult to get even a straight answer on what was supposedly checked before they sold it to me. Didn't respond to my emails regarding the issue and made me track down a GM for any basic information about inspections... horrible horrible horrible. won't ever come back and tell anyone who listens to never go to dan deery

Nadea Lloyd did an amazing job!! James Bratcher was very helpful and Wally Johnson stepped in when needed. Everyone worked together great to make my experience go smoothly!! !!! Will definitely be back!!!

Service after the sale was non-existent.

Service after the sale was non-existent. Management made promises to fix problem with newly discovered problem shortly after sale. When problem was finally found by service department they refused to take any action to remedy the situation. Staff had no people skills and service department was a joke. I will never set foot in that place again.
