Bought a new ascent from scott thurn.

Scott took a lot of time allowing me to explore the models and trim levels i was interested in. I never felt the typical sales pressure or rushed into signing... and the financing went just as smoothly. Good rates too. Customer for life for sure.

Wonderful experience. They take the time and energy to get to know what you want . We were so impressed with our first purchase 2 years ago with Jordan are salesperson that we came back and bought another new outback.

Passing the buck!!!

After only 14,000 miles on our new Huyndai Sante Fe Sport, we had bad cupping on our rear tires. We contacted C&S about this, they agreed that was not right, told me to drive the hour + drive so they could " document/ take a look at them," after which they told me I needed to have then aligned and rotated at MY EXPENSE!! Needless to say, I was very unhappy, as they led me to believe this would be taken care of...I called Hyundai Customer Care, and THEY told me it was the dealers responsibility to make this right. Everyone passing the buck. When I took it in for the first oil change at C & S, never did they say that the tires were wearing badly or recommend I rotate the tires, or have it aligned. We don't recommend this dealer, as in our opinion, they needed to make this right, and replace the 2 rear tires... Instead, after I complained, they NOW will pay for an alignment and tire rotation! Not going to put 2 worn tires on the front of my vehicle! Not happy with the service here. They could've DONE THE RIGHT THING and simply replaced the tires.

New Customer Experience

Greatest car buying experience I have had (and this is not my first new car so I have had a few)! I wanted to look at a new Crosstrek so called to see if they had any in stock. The salerep told me that they had 2 of the model that I was interested in and he would be happy to show them to me. I stopped after work and we went for a test-drive. Bob really knew the model and explained every feature to me. Now that I was sold on the car I had a specific color that I wanted and within 48 hours they had it on their lot for me to pick up!! C & S Car Company went out of their way to find me the specific car that I wanted and got me behind the wheel faster than any other dealership that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend buying a car from them.

Start to finish it was all great! No problems at any point. I did most of the process online. Ryan was great at explaining my options.

Current 2013 & m2018 Subaru outback owner

I have purchased my blast seven cars, all Subarus, at C & S In Waterloo Iowa. Considering that I live in Des Moines Iowa, several hours away, it is not that I did not try to find a better price and better service locally. I did, but, The buying experience, and the service, get me a loyal to C & S. Originally The decision was made on price, then on loyalty, and now certainly on service. I cannot tell you how many times I have driven to my home to drop off the car, or pick up my car and leave me alone The decision was made on price, then on loyalty, now certainly in service. I cannot tell you how many times I have driven to my home to drop off the car Iowa or pick up my car and leave me a loaner. And there’s always a good playing experience, no forced pressure, just a strong effort to get me the vehicle that I am on at the right price. I could not give C &S Higher ratings!

I contacted every Subaru dealership in Iowa. C & S offered me the best price on my new Crosstrek and the best value for my trade-in. The salesmen, Ryan and Scott, were courteous, straight forward, and promptly answered all my questions and returned all phone calls. I had a few questions and concerns about add-ons after I decided to purchase my car. The staff in the Business Office worked with me and we reached a mutually agreeable deal. I love my new car and I will recommend this dealership to others!
