Sale man at the Ferndale location was very nice when I
Sale man at the Ferndale location was very nice when I was buying my used vehicle and the extended warranty person was helpful at the time of me purchasing my vehicle. 3 months later with me putting very little miles on it I was having problems with it. I took it to the Ann Arbor location as it was closer to me. They diagnosed it for free however it was going to cost 950.00. I wanted to find out if the extended warranty would cover it, so I called this location left message for the sales person I bought it from no call back and I called and ask to speak with the person over extended warranty when I spoke with him I explained everything and he told me he would email the phone number and with contract # for the Ann Arbor location to see if it was covered. I never received the email as promised. I had to go pull all my paperwork out to get the information myself. It was not covered, so I called this location back to ask how much they would charge and I was told they couldn't tell me over the phone and they would charge me to 180.00 to diagnose it even though it was already diagnosed at the Ann Arbor one for free. This location only cares about a sale and not customer service after a vehicle is bought from them. I will never buy another vehicle from this location.

Awesome experience! My salesman, Patrick Tierney was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jeff Peterson (Finance Manager) made that part of the process easy and pressure-free. Underhanded and Unprofessional
I was going to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership from Mark Johnston. I spoke to a salesman over the phone at 5:25pm (they close at 6) to let him know that I already had the financing cleared through my bank I would be in the next morning for purchase. Mark was not in so he said he would leave a note on Marks desk to let him know. I received a phone call from a very RUDE salesman not sure if it was Mark or not but he informed me that the vehicle had sold because someone put a deposit down on it. He was very rude and seemed not to care if I was interested in the car or not. He would not let me talk, all he kept saying was " It does not matter,you did not put a deposit down" I tried to explain to him that I just spoke to someone yesterday and was told it was still available.If I told you that I wanted to purchase it and someone came AFTER I showed my interest and you know that I was coming to purchase it, why would you allow someone to put a deposit in it BEFORE you verified if I still wanted it? Just like he called me to tell me it was sold, why didnt he call me deposit or not to tell me someone else was interested? That is a vary unprofessional and underhanded practice and shows me that this dealership does not care about their customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND HODGES SUBARU IN FERNADALE MI TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4th Subaru Legacy

Buying a new 2020 Subaru Outback from Hodges
From the moment we entered the dealership and met with our salesperson Mark, until the moment we drove away in our new Subaru, we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. Hodges Subaru couldn't have been any nicer in dealing with us. They bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. They were patient, took time to answer all of our questions and we never felt rushed, hassled or pressured at all.

My experience was good... from Brian my salesman ..to Greg and Jeremy in service... everybody is helpful ,laid back,no pressure ... I live an hour away but will go here for service...they go the extra mile and u feel taken care of ....I felt Brian my salesman was honest and fair...
