Customer commitment
Grandson bought his first car. 2017 focus 8000 miles from Ziegler. He is eighteen. Father lost in army. I helped him by phone. I trusted these guys to play it straight because of reputation and my interview of used car manager. All went just right. My grandson moved to Texas. Austin. Engine blew. Local dealer Maxwell Ford tried to charge him $6500.00 to fix it. Would not file warranty claim. I called Rob Carrol at Ziegler asked for help. He coordinated with Mike the service director and the owner Harold Ziegler. They tried to help with this dealer. Maxwell's service director Jim May would not help. $6500 that was it! Ziegler sent a truck to pick up the car in Texas and brought it back to Plainwell Mich. to their dealership. Filed a warranty claim with Ford motor company. New motor installed No charge. Zieler covered transporting the car from Austin Tex. to Michigan because they said it was the right thing. That's leadership and customer commitment in my book.

Undisclosed damages on car
Communicated with a sales person for a week on details and pictures of the car. Asked about cosmetic or mechanical damages and was told none other than 2 small scratches. Drove 2 hours there and first look at the car, noticed the hood, side fender and headlight not aligned. The same area I questioned if there was collision damage due to picture being unclear taken on a snowy day, again told it was just the picture quality due to snow. This area was all scuffed up and looks like the car had been side swiped. I wasted a total of over 4 hours driving there just to turn around with no car. The only good thing was that I was offered some gas. Unfortunately, I had just filled up before I got there. This is the type of damage that any competent car salesperson would?ve/should?ve seen. Not only is it just comestic, I took 2 turns out of the lot and heard a nasty squeal that should never come from a 2017 Lincoln MKC. VIN # is 5LMCJ1C91HUL31502, hopefully the buyer will be notified of the prior damages.

Junk trucks
Went there to buy a truck. Never left the lot. Every truck had issues. They say they do a so many point inspection. It is clear that no inspection is done.

Dissatisfied customer
Would not recommend this place to anybody, especially if you are a woman. Employees are rude and I will never go here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My car search is over
After 5 months of searching for a car my wife and I both wanted we found it at Zieglers....the price beat everybody by a long shot. Before you purchase a used car look at Zieglers first....they have the best prices and they gave me MORE than I thought I could get on my trade in. The 2016 I purchased saved me about 4 thousand dollars compared to what other dealers wanted for the same car! If you dont believe me than ask my daughter who also purchased a used car from them 5 months ago.

Salesmen are helpful and fast. Just know that if you look at a price online they will not budge. Facilities are nice and clean.

Cecil Went Above and Beyond!
We just bought a used Ford Flex from out of state. Cecil went above and beyond. We flew in to buy the car, Cecil picked us up from our hotel, showed us around town, recommended a good lunch place and even connected my cell to the entertainment system. His customer service was impeccable, felt as if we made a friend.
