Alex Wilson

Alex Wilson is a liar, crook and a fraud. He stole $3000 dollars from me. Dont buy from him there are other dealerships out there who wont steal from you.

bad expierience

horrible service and a disaorgaized company no service after the sale my mother has been ripped off by the service dept 3 times now and it wont happen agian

Battery Replacement

On Dec 18 2018 I called dealer at the end of the day to have my battery replaced. I left the car and they said it would be ready late the next day since I didn't have an appointment. The next day all I got was a run around, car not in shop, will be in in one hour , in shop (no way to verify) at 3 Pm, on machine for testing at 4:30. Called at 5 pm and was told my car was on test equipment and wont be ready until the next day since service technicians went home. If this is the kind of service I would get forget about buying a car there. I had service done at a Hyundai dealership two days before and a world of difference. The numbers on there survey were not high enough for the kind of service I received.

They told me that they couldn't find this car but I keep seeing it up on the cars.com site.

I apologize for your frustration with our dealership. I am not aware of what vehicle you are referring to, so there can be a few scenarios. If the vehicle is listed but has no pictures or price that is due to the vehicle not being here ready for retail sale. We purchase our used inventory from all across the country and can take some time to arrive and go through our reconditioning process. Otherwise if there were pictures and a price the vehicle is likely sold, we do ship out many vehicles and/or need to waiting on financing to come through before "finalizing" the deal on our end which can take some time. Corrosion Free Rustproofing

Had them treat my Ram 1500 with Corrosion Free rustproofing. Katlyn answered all my questions by email and set up the appointment. I believe they did a very thorough job as it took them nearly 4 hours. They also supplied me with a loaner car to use while they worked on my truck.

Wranglers, Wranglers, and Wranglers! Great Place

Was in the market for a used Wrangler, just happened to drive by and noticed the hundreds of Wranglers, couldn't believe my eyes, even though most are mail Jeeps. Alex was our salesman who was very knowledgeable about everything Jeep. Ended up making a deal and bought a lift kit from the dealer as well and had them install. If you are in the market for a Jeep this should be your stop!

Micah

I started looking online for a vehicle. Knew I wanted something with 4 wheel drive and bigger then my current car. I came across the Jeep Compass and liked the look of it. Did my research and asked around. My family has always had Chevy so Jeep was new for us. I emailed about the vehicle and got a response within the hour. Logon was great to work with. I emailed pictures of my trade in and they gave me a great deal. I drove a little over an hour, test drove and purchased all in about an hour and a half. Will definitely be back since I have been converted to a Jeep lover!

Not the Best Interaction

We drove 2 hours to find out the car had safety and check engine lights on. Apparently this just happens, and was probably just the gas cap or something minor. (No this doesn't just happen, we are very familiar the type of car.) They then seemed more interested in sending to auction than trying to sell. Maybe we should be saying thank you though, could have been looking out for us! Just didn't feel like they were very truthful in the matter.

Unfortunately we couldn't make a deal with the customer who wanted to pay less than dealer wholesale value, we explained the Mercedes just arrived and the service light came on after being detailed and we do not have the computers to properly scan being a new Chrysler dealership.

Not Stranded with this Dealership's Service!

Best Buying Experience Before and AFTER the Sale!

Dear Alex and Duane, I want to thank you for all your help with my Jeep. Your patience and professionalism is impressive is impressive.
